We stayed there for 3 nights. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Centro Histórico and within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Mexico City. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was more than we expected. Spacious, clean and modern with beautiful frame of cmdx above the beds. Beds and mattresses were super comfortable. Recommended.

The staff was excellent. The only drawback was the shower situation. Hot water took a minute or two to get hot and the shower layout made the entire bathroom wet on the floors. Other than that great location and breakfast in the morning.

Above all everything was really good, just some observations: shower curtain is too short, water gets on the floor, toilet paper holder is really behind the toilet, should be next to it, you guys have space under the sink to move it, and hair dryer holder was too loose, sometimes falling from its position, should be well fixed.

Property is in a prime location. Staff (especially our cleaning lady) was FANTASTIC! Only feedback/suggestion I would have to the rooms themselves which I feel need a bit of renovations.

Everything was great the only downside is they don’t have mini fridges in the rooms we had to constantly be asking for ice for my dads insulin… which they did provide us with … but over all everything was amazing!!!!!

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Ritz for 7 nights. We really had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The 2 double bedroom was pretty big overlooking the main street on the 6th floor and was quiet. The location was great as it is so close to all the activities, restaurants and bars. Jose the front desk person was very professional, courteous and very helpful. This will be our home away from home the next time we're in CDMX. Highly recommended!!!

Location was great. Didn’t like the fact that you have to be dropped off from taxi sometimes a block, Away, because they close the streets constantly. Besides that everything was great.

The property is in good condition and very clean. Shower was a little tight for me. Excellent location within walking distance from the Zocalo and the theatre of Bellas Artes.

Great location! Located in the heart of historic downtown in CDMX. Easy access to public transportation, and some attractions within walking distance. A good variarity of food selections just steps from this hotel. Rooms are clean and feel comfy.

The hotel was very nice and close to many places I wanted to see. You can walk to many of them.
