Not so close to the historical center

The property was booked for 2 people but only had one towel. The room had no soap nor glasses/cups.

Maybe it was just that room.. but, the shower drainage has septic gases seaping and makes room smell bad.

The maintenance gentleman was nice, as was housekeeping. The building is under construction and some floors do not have air conditioning. When I complained about no air conditioning and a broken refrigerator the first hour after check in, and I was moved to another room with no air conditioning causing sweat box conditions. Shouldn’t the front desk person know the entire floor did not have air conditioning? There are many possible reasons for this, but the desk staff were not very helpful and did not speak English as advertised.

Great stay, very safe and clean. Make sure you put that two people are staying otherwise you’re getting a twin size bed. Many dining options and shops near by.

As others have said, college dorm variant-not a hotel. Bedtime was crazy loud. Used headphones and beer to fall asleep for a while. Ultimately settled down. Too firm bed. No tv. Good internet. Cheap $. Friendly staff.

Clean, new, quiet

This is a dorm for college students. Beware! This is no hotel. This an alternative to students while they search for a place to stay. It will be loud and rowdy. Please be mindful of this. Elevator was broken and we could not stay, but the staff couldn't care less either way, this is not a hotel. Is a dorm.

A very comfortable and well appointed student hotel at a very reasonable price. Kitchen facilities for self catering downstairs works well for groups. Well located for bars and restaurants. Parking is on street but not difficult to find.
