Curb appeal is great , just average and the breakfast was coffee and small packaged muffin

The property itself was mostly fine. Dirty hallways, and elevators. Staff was helpful and nice. To the left of the property is a 7 eleven where there is a stairway to Hotel and I would go down that at night. Homeless people, trash, and used needles everywhere.

The staff was great, and everything was clean. The breakfast was simple, grab-and-go items. If you are looking for a longer stay, this would be perfect, it has the feel of a furnished studio apartment. Some neighbors were a little loud, but the staff worked hard to keep everyone happy. It was what we needed for a couple of nights and was very conveniently located near I-5.

We arrived at this hotel and it immediately felt unsafe. The area seemed sketchy and it seemed as though the hotel was being used as low-income housing. We got into the elevator after checking in and it was filthy and the whole hotel smelt like a grease trap. The hallway to our rooms was also gross but the room itself was fairly clean. The room was just sad and we didn’t feel comfortable at the hotel so left and got a room for cheaper at the nearby Best Western which was great. We requested a refund and received $26 so was quite the loss for our family but we just didn’t feel safe.

The bed has horrible springs. The towels have small holes. The hotel messed up the other customers reservation and did not have the correct room for them that was on their conformation.

Took me over hour to get checked in. Then after getting everything in my room there was a dog in room next door barking continuously

This is always a great stat right down on the water by the farmers market! Always clean and comfortable, staff is always great!!!

It was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly the only thing I didn't like was there was food left in the fridge and freezer from previous people that stayed in that room and there were no coffee makers available for the room

Just stayed one night but the property appeared well maintained. The room was clean and included small kitchenette. Close to shopping and restaurants.

To shorten the story...the front desk wanted to 'copy' my id. When i questioned why or what they would do with it, they had to call a manager. Finally it was clarified they just scan it into their system and dont copy it. The rooms were clean but the main areas need some work. Food crumbs were on the floor in the hall the entire weekend i was there. The fridge compressor was so loud it was hard to sleep. I have heard trains that were quiter. And lastly.. breakfast?? They state they offer breakfast. What they mean is coffee and a small muffin an adult would eat in 3 bites. Will not be staying here again.

After We ChecKed Out And Left The Place; We ReaLized Probably 4 or 5hrs Later, That We Had Accidently Left A Personal Item In Our Room.. So We Went BacK To Inquire About It. The Lady At The Front DesK Was Not Personable & Had A Monotone Voice, As She SpoKe With Me. Made Me NOT Want To sTay There Again, Just Because Of Her "Customer Service".

Place was ok but the breakfast was pathetic. Lol. I mean why even bother. Embarrassingly poor effort.

Great staff

Checkin is easy and friendly. Hallways are dated and. Ok. Room overall was ok. The bed is a little hard and the covers are a little thin. The kitchen area is run down and the exhaust fan runs 24/7 with no ability to shut it off. Bathroom was ok, but shower had long brown hair strings everywhere and looked like staff hadn’t cleaned it properly. A little grossed out with that. 3 things that a place must have…a clean bathroom, a clean bed, and no bugs. They got 2/3 of these.

This was an below-average hotel. Outside looks decent, but there were lots of people hanging around outside side doors smoking. This hotel rents rooms per month. The clientele looks like State-sponsored renters. The room was clean enough, but run-down and needed updating. We were surprised by the $25/night per dog fee, which was rather hidden below the policy of accepting pets. With our two pets, the room ended up costing us over $170/night. Definitely not worth it.
