Very good hotel. The room service is not great.

There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

Hotel tem uma manutenção muito ruim. O apt estava com várias coisas estragadas, tomadas, secador, tampa privada, portal papel, telefone, etc. só tinha uma toalha no quarto apesar de ser reversa para casal.

Everything was very good, except they forgot to leave a towel for the shower. I told the representative at the desk and they brought us another towel.

Not well organized room and thus not well ventilated

Floors in guest room need to be cleaned. “Stuff” stuck on the floor. Was dry mopped but needs major cleaning. Desk chair ripped and worn. The staff goes out of their way to be nice to everyone

Room service has some flaws: it fails to refill some items that than finish before next round.

Hotel is really good. No negative feedback at all.

Hotel is in a good location but nothing special about it. It's actually a little old and dated. Breakfast was good. My overall experience was ok.

Great location, great staff, gym is the only low point but with a cooper track just accross the street you can forget about it

Great hotel....Very modern...nice location....internet was a disaster being one of the worst I have seen (and I travel heavily). After 'fixing it', downloading CNN home page still took over 5 minutes. If you don't care about internet then this place is great.

I really wanted to like this hotel. ...very comfortable and great location but the WiFi is a complete disaster. 10 minutes to download 1 page on cnn.com....it was impossible to work from my room. I am a heavy traveler and can say this by far was worst Internet ever. Technician arrived after first night to fix it which helped fir a few hours but only slightly and then it was quickly, or not so quickly, back to terrible. I depend on WiFi Skype casks when traveling and so would never stay there again....as in taking with front desk seems like this is an ongoing problem. Hotel is great if you don't care about wifi speed

Hotel rooms were clearly aged and old, and in need of remodeling / updating. Outside of the location which is A+ for Sao Paulo, very little would have me pay this much to book at this location.

This hotel is in a great location, with food stores and restaurant within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with all the necessary amanities, and a comfortable bed. The only thing that I noted was that the carpet looked dirty. I will definitively recommend this hotel.

Excellent condition, the only thing is that the swimming pool was under refaction
