I booked a suite for four people and expected to be charged accordingly. However, I was surprised to see additional charges on my bill, including fees for the number of guests—which was already disclosed at the time of booking—as well as a resort fee, resort tax, and extra room charges. The total amount charged was significantly higher than I anticipated and quite unexpected.

The breakfast at Zaytina was excellent! In addition to that the service at the pool was nothing less than exceptional and very personalized.
