The service was excellent, the food was great, hotel it self felt safe , clean. Had a small issue with clogged bathroom sink, but they were there within minutes to unclog. No complaints at all. Would highly recommended.

The Sheraton is an older property that is very well maintained and located on an excellent site.

Service was top notch, property was beautiful, food was excellent, and location was perfect. Pool closed at 8pm. They went out of their way to grant my wishes. Lucky for them I only asked for tacos. There weren’t any at the buffet. They made some just for me. They were perfect. This place is big so if you have trouble walking try to get a ground floor room that opens to the garden. My wife and I loved the place. I am already saving for our next visit. Next time, I want to bring the whole family.

Our family really enjoyed this property. The pool area was great There's plenty of room and the staff was amazing. Another plus is that you can walk to town. The only thing I didn't like is when we first arrived they pulled us aside and we're trying to sell us some kind of a package. Just let them politely no that you're not interested and they will leave you alone. We had a garden view that had a small patio area. My other family members were up higher. I liked my room better because I get up early and it gave me an area to drink coffee and enjoy the weather without disrupting other people in the room. There is a Starbucks on site and a bakery coffee shop and grocery store within a five minute walk. The next time we go back to Puerto Vallarta we will be staying here again

The workers were so helpful and everything was so beautiful and clean im planing a family vacation in December

The room that we had stayed in had multiple issues; the refrigerator door was broken, the shower handle faucet was broken, alongside the fact that we had construction that begun at 2 am right outside our hotel room. When we brought these issues up to the staff during check out, he seemed surprised and unphased by our unpleasant experience during the second night.

This hotel was way better than what we were expecting. Don't know what the reviews were about the food being bad. We like good food and overall it was great. Only one night that wasn't amazing (we thought) was the Fiesta Night's food but generally it was great. First room had a loud noise from HVAC above and they moved us no problem to a higher room which didn't have a balcony but it was a great room and we saw whales most mornings! So cool. The only downside to this hotel, like others have mentioned is the timeshare people. It's really hard to know that that's what they are as they look like normal staff there that appear to want to help you. They are very pushy and I don't know why the hotel has allowed this sort of service without being transparent about what they are selling. The rest of the staff were lovely, very high standard of service but the timeshare pushiness puts a sour taste in your mouth, they wasted a lot of our time talking our ears off on multiple occasions and we're too polite but eventually I told them they're wasting our time and we don't have a long stay there. Anyway, I would go back here for sure especially now I know who the timeshare people are so I can avoid them.

Nice rooms clean

This is really a hotel, not a resort. Food was 3/5. My wife is a vegetarian and had a VERY difficult time finding anything with protein (ended up buying protein bars despite having the all inclusive package). Location is close to town but not really walkable. The timeshare people were very annoying. Pool was nice but too warm. Gym is very nice.
