Perfect location. However, parking is not enough for number of rooms and regretfully, rooms looks old and they don't even have something as basic as a coffee brewer.

Bit old, but cleanness and nice staff. Bf was not included was very good though, Parking and taxes were not included either. Fare price for good location. Hot tub is small. Avg 8 out 10. :)

Location is good. Pool was okay. Great views from rooms and rooftop. Some areas a little dated. Dinner was quite nice.

The rooms were clean and the staff on reception were friendly and attentive. The bar staff were rude and demanding and the food in the restaurant was poor. It is buffet style and I'm sure it would be nice if it were warm, but a lot of it was cold from being out too long without proper heat.

It was wonderful, clean and the staff was very helpful. I travel with my dad in a wheel chair and although I tried to get a room with accessibility and Expedia did not help me, the staff of the hotel was able to help me with a room with our needs. It was great.

Filthy and dodgy hotel. Don't be fooled by photos and reception area. Rooms are very dirty and old. FAMILY & COUPLE don't book this, we booked double bed and got 2 single bed. Receptionist and manager too rude when we ask for change. Once you paid your money gone, they never gonna help. This is not 4 STAR hotel, just fooling people with photos. Highly recommend stay safe elsewhere than wasting your money here.

Value money

The room was in pretty bad shape (peeling floors, old peeling bath tub). It obviously hadn’t been renovated in a long while. Under the bed was full of dust bunnies

This is not a 4* hotel, rooms are very old (like the 80’s). If you want to stay close to city center is a good option considering the location, but if you want to stay close to the sky resorts this is not the best option (you will have to drive 10-15’ to get there).

We were greeted with big smiles, and super fast professional service. We asked, and got lots of good advice. Breakfast , very good choices ; wished for maybe turkey sausage ( many pork varieties)

Amazing views!! Lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views, lounge chairs, and a pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout area! Nice big breakfast! Only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the room (The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well when I arrived), and some of the furniture could be updated. Other than that, it was wonderful!!!

I did not like that except the front desk, the restaurant staff did not speak any English. Everything else was great!

Would return as all aspects of cleanliness were adhered to! Had half board which was really good value and good service! Great views over the city from restaurant!

Location ofders glorious views over the city: the car park is HORRENDOUS however & staff became easily frustrated! They did manage the novel social distancing at breakfast very well however!

Hace 30-40 años, seguro que era uno de los mejores hoteles en Andorra. Aun esta bien, pero es un hotel viejo. Lo mejor: piscina y sauna. Lo peor: desayuno, zumo artificial y cafe de maquina industrial. Servicio bien. Facil de ir andando a todo el pueblo.

Lovely view of city and mountains. Good sized rooms. Large dining room for breakfast and dinner buffets. Nice selection of items served at buffet meals. Great indoor pool. Close to shopping. Drop-off point at front of hotel is rather small, with room for only about 4 vehicles. If full, can be problematic since just off busy road. Actual parking for hotel in different area, but valet parks for you when check-in and brings when leaving.

The service was excellent

Good location and friendly staff! I would stay here again.

GREAT BREAKFAST Very nice swimmingpool and amenites, Right in the heart of a very central area of shopping and restaurants, and very near the bus stop to the ski resorts. Good option to stay in andorra. NO easy transportation in and out from Andorra.
