Clean and tidy pleasant staff .only minor food in reasturant could be warmer by the time you picked from buffet and got to table food was going cold

Clean, helpful staff, minimalist, quiet and a pleasant walk to beach.

We were quite disappointed as we drove out of our way to stay in this well priced and highly rated hotel. It was a hotel for the night. The room was incredible uncomfortable. The bed rock hard. One tiny desk bolted to the floor and a wire mess chair that was uncomfortable. The room smelled intermittently of sewage and chlorine. The walls allowed us to hear people coughing and balcony doors opening. The non bedroom part of the room was fine. Closet had more than adequate space if you wanted to unpack. Bathroom counter adequate in size. One sliding glass door that covered either the toilet stall or shower a little odd but workable. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of offerings. But hot items were not.

We stayed in one of their Superior Double Room, Partial Sea View rooms You can see the toilet from the bed. The door to the toilet is glass and is only frosted in the middle. If someone is sitting on the toilet and you're in bed, you can see them - even w/ the door closed (it doesn't close all the way) The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms. They share one sliding door. You can only close the door in one of these two rooms at a time. Why? The hotel advertises a parking lot - but they don't tell you that you need to reserve it in advance. There is NO parking in roses. I'll just say that again - there is NO parking in Roses. it's so so busy so plan ahead. The elevators are weird. There's only two and they each have their own operating buttons. Everyone hits both buttons to get whichever elevator arrives quicker. That means that you'll constantly be stopping on floors with no-one there. We stayed on 8th floor. On one occasion, we stopped at six floors on the way down - with no one getting on or off. Ridiculous. This is petty, but the TV in the room is probably the smallest Television that is sold to human beings. I never write reviews, but the hotel was just so far off what they advertise, I felt compelled too. It's a solid 5 out of 10

Loved the sea view from superior room. Room quite Spartan for a 4 star, no cushions, no art on walls, no colour at all just stark white. No issues getting a sunbed. Breakfast fine, loads of choice. Loved the walk down to town on the prom but taxis to get back were expensive ie 13 euro for approx a mile. There is a bus the L1 which we only found on last day, an information folder in the rooms with this sort of info would have been useful

Lovely place in Rosas with a great breakfast and great views. Perfect place to explore la costa Brava. The hotel was clean and near the beach and dining areas. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Es un buen hotel, al parecer acaba de ser remodelado y aún le faltan cosas para hacerlo más lindo y acogedor. El desayuno buffet muy completo y muchas opciones para comer en los alrededores de la propiedad. No tiene parqueadero, nosotros llegamos en baja temporada y pudimos estacionar en la calle sin problema aunque no habían muchos espacios disponibles.

Very clean, close to everything. We had a great stay. Only thing missing was coffee service in room. Impossible to find parking on weekends in summer months, book ahead!

Chambre très propre. Gros inconvénient, la chasse aux moustiques tigres dès notre arrivée !

La chambre était correct par contre beaucoup d'attente au petit déjeuner a cause de la présence de 6 cars de touristes.

Bel hôtel, atypique pour son emplacement, on a l'impression d'être en Floride avec ses canaux et ses bateaux, avec une vue partielle de la mer. Chambre confortable et sympa avec son balcon très confortable. L'accès à la plage est à 10 mn à pied, quelques commerces et bars à proximité. On peut louer un vélo à l'hôtel pour faire une balade en ville. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel dans laquelle je reviendrai sûrement. Merci

Weekend en amoureux, Roses en septembre très calme

Chambre agréable et hôtel bien tenu et bien placé. Par contre grande chambre avec lit seulement en 140 et très très dur

Notre séjour à l'hôtel était parfait, une fois de plus (clients depuis plusieurs années). Un établissement qui n'a de cesse de s'améliorer. Nous ne cherchons même plus ailleurs quand nous séjournons sur Rosas.

Bon hôtel, accueil au top ! L’hôtel est propre. La restauration est très bien mais salle de restaurant trop petite car il y avait beaucoup de groupes. Concernant la chambre, moderne, propre malgré une literie qui est à revoir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel car le prix rapport qualité prix est très bien au vu de son remplacement
