Lovely hotel, rooms were great and hotel staff very friendly.

A genuinely perfect stays. Every member of staff encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully pointed in both fixtures and amenities. Very conveniently located and a great value. Will be back!

Wonderful welcoming staff, beautifully presented rooms, immaculately clean. Unfortunately did not get the time to sample the amazing restaurant menu. Peaceful haven when in London will definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. Lovely room and bathroom with beautiful product’s to use. We enjoyed a cocktail and meal in the bar area. Both were delicious. The hotel has a really lovely feel about it, relaxed elegance. On top of that, a convenient location just a couple of minutes from the tube. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed and wont be the last. The Miiro Templeton really is a touch of class. We particulary love the traditional room styles and fittings and the breakfast is one of the best you will get.

Super staff who were very welcoming and gave boutique hotel service. Clean and comfortable room whilst not large it was adequate size for city accomodation. Very powerful and nice shower. Breakfast was excellent with perfect poached eggs The lounge bar had a quirky but very nice set of cocktails that we enjoyed. Again the staff here in the bar offered great and friendly service. Gym was clean and had a good mix of equipment

Room was clean and beautiful! Loved the layout. Felt safe and very authentic to London. 4 min walk to main train line. Cute cafe and bar inside. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

Superb hotel, great room and wonderful staff. They go out of their way to do nice little stuff to make your stay better. My only complaint was the controls in the room were hard to figure out. I recommend having a bellhop walk you through simple stuff like turning on the lights and changing the heat and cooling in your room.

Staff was so kind. The room was beautiful and very clean. Great location central to the Underground and lots of shopping and activities!

Lovely quiet room (405) on 4th floor. Immaculately clean with everything we could ask for on hand.

Pros: - Location to train station. - Amenities close by (grocery, drugstore, food) - Many of staff were overall friendly. - Hotel smelled nice. Cons: - Room noise was beyond - Room was located outside of the elevator and housekeeping closet and facing the street (with poorly insulated windows) - Room size is deceiving. Classic room is okay for one person but would be very cramped with two people. - Housekeeping not very aware. Beds weren’t changed during a long stay (7 days). Room flooring didn’t seem to be well-vacuumed. - Confronted at check out (in front of other staff) to leave a 5% tip for all staff. I was not expecting that and felt so very uncomfortable. - Restaurant staff were not very attentive. Had to ask where drinks were. Had to ask to order. Had to ask for bill. Food was okay, but had to be eaten immediately because it got hard.

As always, an exceptional stay, a welcome gift of a free drink in the bar, lovely staff and gorgeous welcome. Moreover, everything works in the facilities and, unusually, all the individual parts work intuitively from the shower, the lighting, the coffee making machines, the thorough quality of the bedding, furniture, sound-proofing, blackout blinds, restaurant, concierge etc. My unqualified favourite of mine for London stays. As good as any 5 star I have stayed in. Exceptional!
