The stay was okay, my issue is with your company who charged me for changing my reservation but failed to notify the hotel which caused me to pay for the hotel room THREE times. I think the charge for changing it was exorbitant but to fail to notify the property is inexcusable. I am out a great deal of money due to someone else’s negligence and I don’t think it’s fair to me.
I realize that there’s nothing I can do about it because your website wouldn’t allow me access anything that would allow me to explain what was happening.
