Heat was broken in the first room. The second room which also had a king and pullout was too small. The pullout was positioned to open toward the bed. There is not enough space to pull the bed all the way out and let it sit evenly on the floor. Terrible room layout

The Staff was attentive and courteous

The property is need of renovation. The bathtub doesn’t drain. The sink was dirty. The door and ceilings are also in need of maintenance

The stay was okay, my issue is with your company who charged me for changing my reservation but failed to notify the hotel which caused me to pay for the hotel room THREE times. I think the charge for changing it was exorbitant but to fail to notify the property is inexcusable. I am out a great deal of money due to someone else’s negligence and I don’t think it’s fair to me. I realize that there’s nothing I can do about it because your website wouldn’t allow me access anything that would allow me to explain what was happening.

Everything is white and magnificent after snow, especially since we came from a warm country.

Hotel and room was dated, worn down. Room was noisy.

Good stop along the highway for one night. Clean and good breakfast. Room was a little beat up but very clean. The suite had plenty of room with kitchenette for our family of 5, with 3 teens.

We stayed only one night breaking up a flight out of the country. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely and helpful. Breakfast was the normal continental breakfast but was well stocked.
