The hotel was great overall. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Our room was ready for us upon our arrival. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was accommodating. The only area for improvement was the parking signs. They were confusing to find, making it difficult to locate the parking area. However, the hotel is very walkable to restaurants, and there’s a trolley right outside that’s convenient. The kids love riding the trolley to the zoo.

Check-in/out very easy. Really convenient for Trams and buses. The main railway station is 15 minute walk. There is plenty of choice for bars and food just around the corner. Very clean room but needs updating.

One of my favourite hotel in Wroclaw. Very friendly staff, quiet rooms, walkable distance to Old Town and Train Station. Room was spotless. I love breakfast with many healthy options and variety of food. Definitely I will comeback soon!

I was put in a room where all you could hear was loud dance music which appeared to be from an event in the hotel, I had to go to reception and demand to be moved rooms and pack all my stuff up just before midnight, Not what I expected.

Good location, handy for walking into the old town. Excellent range of dishes for breakfast too! Room quiet and comfortable.

Very good location, close to the train station and to the old town and city centre. Room was very clean, very nicely designed and very comfortable. Breakfast had an amazing range of options, with a focus on healthy eating as well as including local produce. Reception staff were lovely and there was an amazing amount of amenities provided.
