Dated rooms and especially dated bathrooms with open drains. Much below the quality expected for the price and suite type room we purchased. The bed was comfortable.

Large spacious room wit lh a big comfortable bed. The staff was great; hotel is clean; restaurant area is lovely. 12th floor had a beautiful view of Recoleta Cemetery. Only negative was the plumbing - the tub faucet spit at you for awhile before deciding to deliver hot water and tub shower is very narrow. This will not prevent us from returning.
