My stay sthe Omni hotel was amazing! The staff deserves 10 stars! The customer service was outstanding from checking to check out, I highly recommend the Omni for your stay in San Francisco.

Super friendly, super helpful people, lush, beautiful, a bit old-fashioned, stylish place. LOVED IT. However, the hotel BADLY NEEDS WINDOWS CLEANING, all windows (in the room, in the fitness room) are horribly dirty. Please, clean your windows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise, LOVED IT!!! hoping to come back (AND TO SEE CLEAN WINDOWS?)

I travel a fair amount for personal/family reasons and this is one of the best hotel stays I have had overall in terms of service, the facility itself, and overall value. Every single aspect of my stay was positive. Every employee was exceedingly friendly, the lobby and the rooms are lovely, the fitness room was spacious and clean, and had a good variety of equipment. But there were little details that made it especially nice: apples, coffee, and fortune cookies in the lobby, apples and water in the fitness room, wonderful smelling shampoo and soap, a wide array of items people could ask for that would be given for free, from the simple things like toothbrushes to more specialized things like pet dishes, or straightening irons or a different kind of pillow. I had a great day and I would stay here again for sure.

Overall, the property was great. A huge ding in this review comes from a neighbor's neglected service items left in the hall overnight and after addressing the situation with the front desk twice. The staff are friendly, and the rooms delightful. Too bad all the great had to be shadowed by something so easily addressed. I doubt that I'll stay at an Omni property again unless I'm convinced otherwise.

Clean and quiet

We love the Omni but the shower never got warm and the shower head sprayed all over the place

Good location. Short walk to good restaurants and bart. Good service and safe area

Great because it's in a flat part of the city so you're not just immediately on a hill whenever you walk outside. Easy access to public transit. Some stuff closes outside normal M-F business hours because this is the financial district but we'd definitely stay here again. Staff had great recommendations!

Well located to downtown/financial district. Good bar, needs a terrific restaurant (closed since covid except for breakfast). Rooms good......could use a bit of upgrade. Very affordable rates.

The staff make a significant effort to make guests feel welcome, appreciated and comfortable. The rooms are well-taken care of and the property is beautiful for a downtown hotel. I love coming to this hotel!

Omni is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The only downside, restaurants are not close. Wharf is about a 30 minute walk and shops are not within walking distance. This hotel is strictly in the financial district.

We appreciated the water, coffee, snacks available. Each staff person was welcoming and helpful. Check-in and out was also very efficient. The location is very convenient, close to Chinatown, Little Italy, Cable car.

Rooms are well sound-insulated. Beds are clean and comfortable. Shower had hot water and easy to use. About a 5 minute walk from Bart and MUNI. Shopping district is close.

Beautiful hotel may need new filters we were all sneezing and dry coughs only in the room

We love this hotel since it’s perfectly located near the Julia Morgan Ballroom where we attend an annual event. The staff are excellent and friendly!

This is our second time staying at the SF Omni. We were treated very nicely on our first trip and even better this trip. Staff from front desk, to house keeping, to Bellmen, to restaurant staff all exceptional!! We will be back.
