It wasn't bad but i think the pool wasn't in or the gym.

Building is outdated, Black mold in the first room that was given to us. We requested another room. Elevator signage stated out of order /personnel usage only but the front desk clerk told us to use it. Each time I had to go to front desk for help, She was not at the desk. When she came from the back, I got the feeling that I was disturbing her. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower water was hot.

Ok for cleanliness. Not sure why there is a parking fee. Parking lot is ok, but there was a vehicle on the side that looks like it is being lived in. Beds were comfortable, so is fine for a single night.

Other than our shuttle bus driver Rashawn who was great, our reception was terrible! Clearly the woman at reception just hates her job. So incredibly rude!

OK airport hotel for the price. No airport shuttle after midnight and only hourly during the day.

When I first got to the hotel I was told that hitel guest gad to oay for oarking 9.50 per day of my stay. Keep in ming we were there 5 days Next we were never told the pool was out of order until we went to use it. Its been disn since covid. Thus us still advertised on the website. Last but not least when I came back to the room I coukd tell the hotel staff was in my bag. I started carrying everything out with ne because there was no safe to lovk up valuables Never again will I return to that place

Rooms need to be updated. Overall it was ok for the one night stay.

Came to visit my daughter. We have stayed here a few times & will continue. Very clean & spacious.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. BUT I would have preferred the mowers and leaf blowers to come at a different time than 7:30am. AND right next to my window. This was very disturbing. Starting at 8am would have been even more considerate and frankly professional.

Easy to get to from airport.

It was an ugly surprise that we had to pay for parking. I honestly would have risked it and not payed but I was driving a rental car
