I would not recommend this hotel based on location. Terrible location. Did not feel safe outside of hotel. It sits under an overpass. Its dirty, dark and very sketchy.

Very convenient and clean.

the parking is easy to use, enter on the back of the building, also delicious morning café de olla on the lobby

close to family and close to various amenities.

The staff is friendly and efficient, but the hotel it self does need to be more detailed cleaned specifically in the restroom

The hotel is ok, but if you want to make a reservation in person the charge you 1,750 pesos, 1,380 pesos or any amount that they want on that moment, that’s abusive, considering the area is really bad, noisy, unsafe, dark, etc. prices are so expensive.

They need to fix the shower head and fix the ice machines ( the hotel has no ice )

This hotel is nice ,a good place to stay and rest . The hotel is clean the rooms are spacious. I am a picky person when it come to hotels . I recommend it

A/C unit in one of our rooms quit working during the stay, also our reservation have a paid breakfast 2 persons per room but they only make valid 3 total breakfast

Staff were great. When you came inside they open the door for you gives you hand sanitizers and spry arround you to disinfect that kind of service was amazing and unic.

My stay at Misión Toreo was incredible! I come all the way from California and I have to say the employees, the host, the restaurant, everyone is so kind and helpful. Everything is close to this hotel. If you want to see the pyramids in Teotihuacan, the moon and the sun pyramids, it is only 35 minutes away, up to an hour with traffic! Amazing Hotel, Amazing Staff. Thank yoi for having us.

Hotel is nice and clean, with a helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was good also. The rooms are a bit dated and the location is very busy so quite loud.
