Shower area poorly constructed. No shower stall. Floor not tilted properly for water to flow quickly into the drain. So the floor of the bathroom gets very wet after a shower. Tiles are glossy, the floor just becomes slippery and the whole bathroom unpleasant to use afte4.

The staff was great and the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast and free snacks were a nice surprise. However, the room was very small and outdated. The bathroom was even smaller. I expected something nicer based on the common areas in the hotel.

Loved the property and its location, however the expedia listing said there was self serve laundry facilities on site and a gym. There was neither. The staff was helpful in offering to send out for laundry service and helping us find a laundromat. However, two of the reasons we booked this hotel was because we could do our own laundry on site and the gym. Disappointing, but more of an Expedia issue that anything with the hotel.

Liked….gluten free buns available for breakfast, afternoon tea, seating in reception are. Didn’t like….steps to front door, noise from staff and domestic activities in courtyard whilst sleeping, not enough hangers, no drawers or shelves, very small pillows, poor lighting.

The hotel was charming and had a lot of character. The staff were very helpful at the front desk. It was located close to a walking street that had a lot of cafés and interesting scenery.

Needs airconditioning

From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we had made the right choice. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful in every way. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable which made for the perfect night’s sleep - and breakfast was superb! We especially enjoyed our complementary coffee and pastry in the afternoon. Bravo and thank you!

Parking wasn't very good but you can pay across the street. Hotel was very nice though.

Very convenient location from the train station, clean, simple accomodations with ample breakfast. Staff was extremely kind, helpful for making restaurant recommendations and suggestions.

It was minutes walk away from the train station, there was a park across the street. Not far from the main area of Odense. The breakfast was very nice. Walkable to the pier area of the city.
