If you are thinking of staying anywhere else in toscana…DON’T! This was the most amazing stay. We extended our stay because it was so beautiful and full of history. The amenities are also wonderful!

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and available when we had questions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was also well maintained and beautiful.

It’s beautiful place!

The beds were uncomfortable, and the shower was very small. Other than that, it is a nice hotel.

No kettles in the rooms, no irons only one in a common room and you have to wait for your turn, it was crazy as I had a wedding. Aircon is extremely high and stops if you change the setting from 21 degrees Coffee and room service does not start till 12:30 pm. Breakfast is horrible, barely anything eatable thats a shame for a 4 star in Italy Some of the team members however were very helpful

Our usual hotel in Leccio was unavailable. This hotel was in the location we required. Wouldn’t say it was great value for money. It was ok. The room and facilties were fairly basic. Not the usual Tuscan hospitality we are

Great peaceful stay at this magnificent property.

The front desk staff were wonderful. Our room was very spacious. I would suggest adding a full length mirror or at least a non-antique mirror outside of the bathroom. The morning breakfast was really well prepared and staff was always very friendly. The evening dinner at the property’s restaurant was where we had the problem. We were the second guests to arrive and were the last of the evening to be served. Items we ordered never arrived but we were charged for. It was a terrible experience. The front desk was very gracious with apologies and offered a free bottle of wine, which was very nice. Lastly, the address leads to the back side of the property on maps which made it a bit confusing when walking in the rain from the train station.

The property is old and tired. Needs a refresh. One waiter was grumpy, young female was lovely. Town is rundown and limited options Pool is across the road and they upsell for everything $7 for towels, $5 if you use the indoor pool as you must wear a bathing cap

This hotel was lovely. We did half board which i would recommend. Great food and service. Reception was very helpful when we found our room to be too hot, due to the air conditioning not being turned on to the 1st of June. They moved our room and provided us with a fan. They then spoke to the manager and had the air conditioning turned on early in the main part of the building. Would recommend their wine tasting and tour they offer with in the hotel. 20 mintue walk from the train station as well and a fast train in to florence takes 30 minutes. Very helpful with any issues, Lovely place to stay.
