The room smells like cigarette. And the shuttle service is bad we have to take un Uber.

The room was completely dirty. Bedding was not fresh and had stains. There were hair balls on the floor, and the walls had a nasty oil on them next to the bed. Pasty from the Elevator to the hall, to the room it smelt like pee. Never booking with this hotel chain. BTW they will steal money from you if you check in after a late flight, I checked in at 2am and checked out 5 minutes after seeing everything. I was charged $124 for “hotel fees”, con artist. Went to Hampton inn, 5 minutes down the road, and had a wonderful stay.

We were only there for 1 night. Service up at the desk was difficult. The employee at the desk taking care of us mumbled under her breath couldn't understand or hear her over the sliding door in the front entrance door. Was charged 18 dollars to park in the HOTEL parking lot which I feel is a little ridiculous considering we already rented a room at the facilty. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and never have we never had to pay for parking. Rooms were clean.

Our towels had brown stains on them and someone else’s hair. The headboard was disgusting and looking like something had dried dripping down it, same with the air conditioner. Carpets were stained and shower head was basically black due to lack of cleaning it. Room and hallway smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Would not stay here again.

Dirty, Hotel

Air conditioner was VERY noisy. There were food remnants along the floor boards and inside the sofa bed.

dirty hotel the carpets are shameful super stained and dirty the color and the room of the hotel is gloomy and super old the television is left in the past. The beds say they are queen but they are small. The only friendly thing was the staff but to my greatest dismay I found out that they charged me the deposit of 50 dollars 3 times so they charged the price of the night plus the 18 for parking plus 3 times the deposit. For my purposes they are stealing 100 dollars from me. So after a bad experience they also steal from me to top it off because the nice thing about the case is that they say we will return it but they never do. It is okay that you charge me the deposit once but 3 times. I will never return to this place of course I do not recommend it not even to the worst enemy.

Coffee machine was not working, called front desk no response

The hotel is run sown and dirty. When we got to our floor it smelled like bug spray Doesn't seem like safe area. We immediately checked out, but have not to this point, which is a week later given me a refund. If that wasn't enough they charge for parking.

Did not stay, requested refund. Signs of bed bugs. Left hotel because there was no staff that could diagnose bed bugs or not. REFUSES to refund money. DID NOT STAY! DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY
