It was great as always, the valet upon arrival was somewhat difficult and the man in the valet front did not seem too interested in helping us, maybe he was overwhelmed? The police had to come ask us to move because we were blocking the way. There was a lot of cars waiting to be parked and we were not told where to go. They just said park anywhere and we will get to it. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.

Did not get to use the hotel amenities to its fullest due to working so much but definitely a must stay again. We did go explore for a but and checked out the gym. So overall i would choose to stay their again and explore

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, great location, nice indoor and outdoor seating available, room credit bonus. Only negative was the thin windows lead to a very loud night of hearing everything going on outside.

The beds were wonderful. Very clean, great shower. Wish we would have had a coffee machine in the room. It was an expresso. Also wish the restaurant had more variety of "regular" food like sandwiches. The public space was also very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The employees at the Clancy are outstanding. It is a tribute to the hotel that the same team has been working there for years. Low employee turnover is the sign of a well managed hotel.

Property was very nice, hotel service was great throughout our stay. Overall we loved our room and our stay will be coming back.

First time staying at this hotel location & I would highly recommend. Went for a concert at ATT Park, and this hotel was only a few walkable blocks from concert location. Dining, Beverages, Coffee and gathering areas were fantastic. Highly enjoyed our stay, rooms were spacious, clean & quiet.

Nice bedrooms, but valet was slow, and took us 15 minutes to get into the hotel, and 2+ hours to get our car. Nice enough to waive valet fees, but shouldnt be that way.

I went for SF marathon and they extended my checkout by 1 hr that is nice of them. Parking is costly.

Great hotel! Clean. Convenient to walk to Giants game. Safe. Affordable. We will definitely stay here again.
