I really enjoyed that you guys let me stay when everyone else turned me away

Front desk employees were really nice. Our issue is with housekeeping. Out of a seven day stay our room was cleaned two and a half times. A half time because they emptied the trash and changed the towels but they never made the beds. We also reported a leaking toilet but it wasn’t repaired.

Hot Tub was nice ...breakfast could have ran a bit longer

As a 40 year plus traveler I have to say this hotel had a great friendly and accomdating staff. Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet. It was a great experience.

Easy on and off freeway

Trip was great and the hotel was everything I expected. Facilities were clean and the staff was very nice and helpful

Rooms were clean and she free breakfast was impressive!

Overall a great property. A little annoyed when the breakfast attendant disagreed that the milk in the cooler as sour. But she gave us a fresh pour and went on her way.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was also friendly. Breakfast was awesome and Elthana was a nice hostess.

Not very busy or over crowded. Although our room was listed as vacant for our entire stay. In the morning a maintenance man walked in while we were asleep. Also staff was reluctant to provide us with more towels for whatever reason.

No walkable food options.

Check in was very fast and hassle free, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The pool area was very clean. Close to food and Meijer.

The layout of the room not ideal but good enough. The AC points directly to the seat of the desk.

Hello, the room had mold in bathroom and the covers had hair on it. Far as Customer Service Breakfast server was good and front desk!
