Everything was perfect. Professional staff who are able to help, nice and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and nice area. Maybe a complimentary water or coffee in the rooms would be nice.

Staff, location and outdoor amenities were good. Breakfast average. BUT the the room was very poor with the soundproofing being non existent OR totally ineffective as we could hear people in the rooms to the side and above going to the toilet, having showers etc - this totally let down the Hotel and the hard work of the staff and location. The lighting was poor AND the television seemed old and we could only occasionally get something in English - which was French News in English ( French News in French was also only available occasionally) And it was only occasionally - No Youtube or Netflix etc. The room generally looked like it needed updating - I did regard it as 4 Star and would not return to this Hotel and only chose it because we had lovely stay at the Hotel Port Alicante and erroneously thought this would be of the same standard and quality.

Everything superb as per last visit

It was a good hotel. Has to ask forvtea and coffee facilities in our room 3 times, and a local home had a dog kept barking through the night, the staff were aware of this but it was relentlessly barking. Breakfast was just OK, the rooms were kept clean and the cleaning staff were great. Desk staff just OK. Good location and great to sit outside and have a relaxing coffee, highlight..

-Really good location, 10 min walk into the main square in Elche. -under 30 mins to the airport -20/25 mins to the beach. Hotel is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and natural beauty. Rooms are spacious, but walls are thin, we could hear everything from the next room and corridor. Highlight is the food. Half board is fully recommend. High quality meals in a lovely restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Every single staff member we had an interaction with went above and beyond to help. Room was very comfortable, clean . Overall it was a great stay except of the noise level from other doors in hotel and outside. AC is turned off during winter so opening the windows was the only option to stay comfortable in room and no screen in window so bugs could have come in :( .

I paid for a nice room shown in photos at time of booking, but upon arrival i was presented an old out of date well used room, nothing like the photos, Unfortunately our neighbour's were a screaming baby, and a couple who keep on shouting , so we request to move at 11pm The hotel were fantastic and moved us in less than 5 minutes to a deluxe room

The rooms director excellent; sorting out an issue that presented itself.The restaurant manager Andrea- wonderful,exactly how a manager should lead and Nana- so helpful and kind The reception staff are always brilliant. Room great. Very clean. Beds immensely comfortable. Swimming pool fabulous. Breakfast always a joy.

The place is nice, room is clean and well kept, it is very big and has nice bath, bed and closet but is not the best value for money, the room was missing some basic ammenities (like coffee or tea), in the first night i had to move from the room to another room due to faulty driange and for towel to the swimming pool you need to put a deposit.

Amazing hotel perfect for families and couples. Surrended by palms garden close to town center and airport. Very modern and always clean. All staff doing amazing job. Rooms are very up to date however no coffee tea amenities in the room which could be a bonus. Swimming pool good but on the smaller side. Hotel restaurant beautifull looks great at night also a liive music was on once and the band was very talented. Hotel parking extra 6 euro behind hotel. Overall great experience great place to stay and friendly staff.

Great hotel and the staff went above and beyond throughout our stay here. The bedroom deco is quirky and the hotel is very clean. We only marked it down a star as we feel more can be done in terms of its entertainment - not after rowdy music etc but the 1.5 hour children pool entertainment in the afternoon can probably be improved - even it meant having activities on land. There was only 1 night of live music - great performer - out of the 5 nights we stayed. We took the half board and dinner was table service with elegant table setting so made the experience very fancy. Dessert can be improved but we feel for the price we paid, it was an amazing stay.
