great hotel near to the centre of town

It is exactly like all other IBIS hotels. Opposite the station. Expensive relatively as limited competition in Lannion.

Nice hotel , great breakfast

Having read some online reviews of this hotel I was a bit anxious about our stay. However, our arrival was well timed and we were able to park in a side street just beside the hotel. Check in and check out are both midday which suited us well as we wanted to settle in early and didn't want to be away very early in the morning. We were killing time before a cross channel ferry crossing from Roscoff. Staff were very friendly and efficient and a broken toilet seat was swiftly replaced. Breakfast was delicious and we were even sent on our way with a paper bag full of madelines to snack on. The is a perfectly good pub/restaurant attached which is very popular with locals as well as visitors. The only downside was that the car park only accommodates 6 or 7 cars and finding free parking close to the hotel isn't always easy. I would have no hesitation in staying here again, and probably will do so next summer. It isn't luxurious but is clean and just what I expect from a good Ibis.

I came to the area to see the town where my grand father was born. I choose the hotel for its location close to the family ancestral home.

Hotel is one block from the train station and just a couple of blocks from the old town - walking distance from several good restaurants. Nice pub.restautant next door. Excellent value!

l'hotel aurait besoin d'une bonne refection, de nombreux coups dans la peinture de la chambre et partie abimee ou on voit le bois, une moquette tachee.

Le personnel de l'accueil est parfaitement courtois et se montre très disponible pour tout renseignement. La chambre est très bien (lit top), mais attention aux traces d'humidité dans la salle d'eau (en bas de la porte et du receveur de douche).

Kamers niet super schoon of netjes. Kamers sterk verouderd. Verf op veel pmekken beschadigd.

7 Er was geen waterkoker, geen koffie en thee op de kamer. Geen koelkastje op de kamer.

This place needs a complete rehab. Rooms are very small, shower facilities are outdated,beds are uncomfortable, the first room we got smelled terrible (sewer-odeur) same smell in the corridor...this is really a hotel that gives you a heavy depression. The staff is very friendly though and breakfast is OK.
