We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind , which we truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. While we appreciated the friendly service at the front desk, the lack of air conditioning and overall comfort would prevent us from staying here again.

The AC is controlled centrally for all rooms so it was hot when we arrived but they said they couldn't fix it. Instead they said open a window. Not good.

Check in was easy, front desk person was very nice. Hotel lobby was nice, location was good, just a little bit further from main locations. Close to bus stops. The room was on the smaller side, but clean. My only complaint was that the room was next to a street/alley, and was noisy at times during the night and early morning, it was on the 3rd floor. Thankfully, We only stayed one night, Other than that everything else was great.

The property was exc, but the was no a/c on the room so it became uncomfortable to sleep due to the heat, not even a fan Breakfast was good Staff super friendly, we were able to leave out luggage there through the day and the go seeing around no extra charge

Welcoming and accommodating staff. Needed a taxi booking for airport and reception staff sorted it. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels. Great selection at breakfast and replenished immediately as things ran out. Excellent location for bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room

We booked this property due to its proximity to Sagrada Família. It was indeed very convenient . We stayed for a week. The staff are not friendly and breakfast menu is the same everyday. I must commend the chambermaid Meiling - excellent job every time. I definitely will not come back. TIP to everyone : show up with your bank account written all over your face or you might just get the worst room in the house.

I enjoyed my stay, the place meet my expectations. Stuff was very professional and helpful. Do recommend.

The hotel is situated perfectly within walking distance from Sagrada Família and many shops close by. At first sight you might underestimate it by just looking at it from the outside but it’s very nice. The breakfast was tasty even for a pickie eater.
