I did not interact a lot. The breakfast was good. Parking is not part of the hitel so you have to pay for it.

Hola , la atención en el restaurante no es de lo mejor ! La comida está bien ! El cocinero buena gente , pero los camareros sin mucha gracia. La habitación tenía la ducha muy vieja y sin presión , además había muchos bichos en la parte del minibar de ka habitación. .

Room and hotel were very clean, very spacious, staff was the highlight. I can’t say last time I feel so welcomed to a hotel, specially traveling with a service dog. They had bowls and a comfy bed to him. I would stay there again on a heart beat.

It can be more clean, and the towels are really old, but everythig else was ok for 1 night

I stayed on a two day layover, and it was an excellent hotel for it, clean and with a wonderful in-house restaurant as well as a range of other amenities. The staff was helpful and welcoming (shoutout to Vitor), always ready to help and never a hint of rudeness from anyone. If I'm ever passing through that airport again, I would definitely stay again.

Really excellent family suite which was essentially a double room and a twin room (themed with child-friendly decor and activities) with a connecting door. The pool is heated which is great. There is a play room for small children and a games room for older children but these are unsupervised. Supervised children's activities are available on weekends. We had access to the executive lounge which was great, especially whilst waiting for check-in, and for our flight which was a bit later than the check out time. Staff are generally very attentive and polite everywhere.

Great breakfast. Nice place to spend a day with a massage, swim and late checkout before flying home.

Needed a place to stay due to a flight cancelation. Stayed in other hotels close to the airport before, but this one beats the others by far. Has a nice restaurant in case you need a good meal, a good gym, nice staff, nice rooms. Also, if you cannot stand the Brazilian electrical outlets, needing to use an adaptor all the time, this hotel has standard USA outlets!!!
