Love the balcony with the ocean view. Clean rooms the only thing that they should change a bit is the buffet we ate the same thing every morning the only thing that was different is one day will be pancakes and the next French toast. Everything else will be the same.

Great location. Clean hotel. Delicious breakfast. Nice pool. Friendly staff. I liked the atmosphere. I wanted to be somewhere I could hear Spanish being spoken because I learned Spanish in Puerto Vallarta 23 years ago when I worked there. I didn’t want to be surrounded by only English speakers at an all inclusive, so I chose Hotel Rosita. Most of the guests were Spanish speakers, and I loved it. I am sure the staff spoke English, but I only spoke in Spanish so I could practice, and they were very polite and friendly and spoke back in Spanish only. Just what I wanted. Charming, quaint, easy hotel. So glad I booked it.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. However, if your looking for a coffee in the morning to take back to your room before going down for your complimentary breakfast, bring mucho pesos as you’ll have to pay close to $10 Canadian for two. You are not allowed to charge to your room. Our second morning we just went across the street to McDonalds for coffee. Other than that, all else was fine.

Room was not ready at check in time and we had to wait and hr and 45 min for it to be cleaned. Accommodations were basic and clean. Staff was ok, not super friendly or accommodating. Our kid tried the pool while we were waiting for our room but didn’t really like it because it needed to be cleaned and was full of people. Location was great ! At the north end of the malecón.

Excellent location, great staff, beautifully maintained hotel. This place is charming and close to everything. Would stay again.

I have stayed here many times in the past decade. I was NOT happy with my room location this time and the staff were not willing/able to make an adjustment.

We have a large suite with a fridge, it was clean and spacious. It was on the first floor, pool and ocean view. Note : your view is a bit obscured through the security fence. Check in was smooth and quick , We were given our room hours earlier than check in time , which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful, included scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruits etc. There is ALOT of construction noise right now. Ubers and taxis can’t drop at the hotel , it’s approximately a short block away for drop off.

The location was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond.
