I arrived a little before 3 which 3 was check in, room wasn’t ready, the bus boy was the only person that was friendly and helpful.

Great ocean view. Only two room lights; only one worked. Poor WiFi in room; better someplaces. Plenty drinking water. Good refrigerator. Free breakfast ok but monotonous. Beach has large pebbles. Clean room. Helpful staff. 1.5 miles to center of old town; plenty of shops, restaurants, groceries conveniently nearby. We stayed for 17 days and would return.

We stayed in an ocean view room as we always have. It was so nice to get back even if it was a short stay. This will always be our last stop before flying home.

The hotel was great. Just what I wanted.

The hotel is well located near downtown on the Melecon which is a long ocean front walking area with hotels and restaurants. Its an older hotel but is is well maintained. My room was clean and spacious. It is on the beach but in this area the beach is quite pebbly. The breakfast which is included is very nice and has eggs, mexican items and fruit.

All aspects were great. Staff were very helpful and our overall experience was excellent

The staff were always courteous and smiling. The room was clean having a fridge in the room was a bonus. Having water jugs on every floor was a nice touch. Overall it was an awesome stay .

Noicy

The room I had was very plain but was all I needed. It was clean, the staff was helpful, the pool very nice. What I didn't like was there were no facecloths or hand towels but once I asked for them I got them. Also no tissues supplied. Also the ceiling fan was quite dusty so I didn't want to turn it on. On my third day there, I found the fan was turned on after they tidied my room. The hotel is just a block away from the malecon too. Great access to taxis and the buses.

Room size was fine. Beds extra firm and pillows skinny and flat. Some days room was not cleaned until after 3:30. Shower had no pressure. Staff were very quiet with little to no interaction. Pool was fine but poolside service almost non existent. Beach was covered with large stones. Would look elsewhere next time we come to PV.

Hotel location is excellent and staff is welcoming. Cleanliness needs attention as sheets had stains. Room does not have enough outlets to charge phones. Hotel is outdated.

We love being close to the Malecón and on the beach. The location is great. The staff are great too.
