Very friendly staff, breakfast and dinner included in room rate, and the sauna and relaxation room was excellent.

It was truly a place like home. The staff and amenities were wonderful. They did their best to help answer questions we had, were friendly despite working over the holidays!

This was by far one of the cutest hotels I have ever stayed in around the world. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The food options included in the price of the room were delicious. The additional amenities the hotel offered were very nice and rarely seen in many hotels here in America. This place truly felt like so inviting like a home.

This was our third stay at the hotel. The building is unassuming from the outside, but very nice with lots of character inside (including rooms). Great breakfast and helpful staff. The inclusion of a buffet dinner in the room price was a nice and rare bonus - certainly saved us a bunch of kroner. Everything is within walking distance, but that probably holds for other hotels in Uppsala. I would return for a fourth stay without hesitation!

Convenient hotel near the railway station, approx. a 10 minute walk to the cafes and town and 30 minutes to the cathedral. We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman upon arrival and I had already checked ahead that we could leave our luggage at the hotel before our room was ready. Delighted with breakfast with plenty of fresh juice and cold/hot buffet and Fika was wonderful! The coffee, croissants, biscuits and chocolate doughnuts were delicious. The evening meal was one dish from the buffet plus a choice of salad, breads and accompaniments. If you choice of food is small or if you have children, the menu is limited. There was food that you can purchase. Allergies were catered for if you ask the chef. The room was warm (a fan was available), clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the main street however it was pretty quiet overnight. Do check if you book a taxi. I checked twice the day before and again on our departure morning to find it hadn't been booked. This was quickly rectified. Highly recommend. We would stay again.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was near central station but just far e out away not to see it. Most of the tourist attractions are on the other side of the station but about a block away there are some lovely restaurants and shops. My room was very clean, the staff were terrific. And the lobby dining area was very cozy and inviting. And they feed you! Breakfast I expected, but fika in the afternoon and dinner was a plus. The gym/sauna wasn’t available but walking the city covered that. I am definitely recommending this to friends/fellow travelers. So easy to Gamla Uppsala ans ARN.

I had a great stay here. It was close to staion and busses they looked after my luggage before and after my stay. I was delighted that breakfast and dinner were included in my room rate even though I hasn't booked them. All were delicious with a lot of choice. Bed was comfortable and room well equiped. Staff were great too. Spa wasnt available at the time i went but i was aware of that before booking.

Great choice for a few days in Uppsala - it’s the staff that make the difference (Julia, Matilda and the rest of the team), they were lovely.

The hotel is located near Uppsala train station. It's just 5 min walk. The Uppsala castle and cathedral is around 2 km from the hotel. Room is quite large, clean and comfortable. It's equipped with sofa, working desk, wardrop in the room. Bathroom with shower is large. Only liquid soap/ shampoo and hand soap are provided in the room. Breakfast is served on the lobby floor. The food is varieties both hot and cold dish. Dinner is also served in the same restaurant. It's all you can eat soup, baked beef steak with a lot of bread and salad. Taste is very good. Staffs are really good. They are kind and helpful.

cozy & classy

Really comfortable and convenient pet-friend hotel in historic Uppsala ... just a few minutes from the train station, and an easy walk into the centre. Staff were lovely and friendly, and even provided a bed and bowl for my pet. Nice to have the supper included as an option - and breakfast choice was quite wide too. I arranged for a late checkout - and all the staff I dealt with were lovely My bunny and I were very comfortable

The Clarion Collection Hotel is well situated in Uppsala, close to the railway station. Plenty to do and see. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Breakfast selection is great. Bed very comfortable. Windows can be opened, no air conditioning, can get quite hot in summer. Shower excellent. Excellent evening meal included in the price.

The reception and breakfast area felt very modern, nice and cosy. The room and corridor felt old and not as fresh. OK but not more than that.

Good hotel, exactly what you would expect from a Park Inn by Raddison.
