The lift was down when we arrived late, so we had carry family luggage up to 5th floor and no Air conditioning.

Room was ok but the bathroom smelled so bad like mold that we didn’t even want to shower. Great location though.

Booked a family room for 2 nights.....arrived to find 3 adults were expected to sleep in a tiny room with a very steep sloping roof over the beds. When you sat up, you banged your head. They had even put smaller beds in the room to manage the space and my husband is 6'2" and his feet hung over the end of the bed. The space for 3 people was way too small.....even the shower cubicle was tiny. The saving grace were the roof top balconies....fantastic. the views were incredible.

Traditional guest house type hotel being modern decor , clean and tidy with a lift to floors . Breakfast area very useful and a very pleasant area to stay .

Perfect location, really walkable neighbourhood with good transport options.

it was clean & a great location! the staff also held our bags while we walked around the town the day we checked out!

Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Beds were uncomfortable, no heat, was freezing in the room, broken hair dryer, broken wastebasket, room was not clean, front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, not everyone speaks English. Only good thing was the location. I highly recommend staying elsewhere and paying the extra money for a clean and comfortable room.

The hotel itself is fine. We had a corner room on the top floor with 2 balconies with an amazing view The area around the hotel is amazing!!! Great restaurants and shops. Metro is about 400 yards away and Sacre Coeur is walking distance

Really nice place to stay, so happy to have a little balcony on the top floor room. The only thing that concerned us was our hotel room was left unlocked after it had been cleaned, other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great place and the price is super reasonable! Adorable area, staff were very friendly, we overall had a great time.

It was a great stay. It’s nothing fancy. I felt safe and loved the good location. I overslept the day I was supposed to leave. I left 30 after I was supposed to checkout, they were very kind and understanding and didn’t charge us an extra night. (I’m used to 12pm check out and forgot it was an 11am checkout there.
