Basically, this hotel is quite bad. The worst thing is their very poor wifi. It was a totally disaster for me. Will not stay in this hotel anymore, unless they improve their wifi service very much.

Staff was very friendly but papers and items from previous occupant were still in the room. No iron in the room but the staff was happy to iron my shirt for me.

Mercure Jaraguá do Sul Hotel is one of rarely best hotel I stayed in. For last few years, I visited Juaragua Do Sul and usually I stay in Mercure Jaraguá do Sul Hotel witch is very comfortable, friendly customer service and in very good location.

Nice hotel to a fair price. The hotel staff knew good english and was helpful. But the english knowledge in the bar and restaurant was limited. The pool and fitness center was not really satisfying, was seemingly not really prepared for use.

The hotel is very conveniently located where one can find many options for food, and shopping. The quality of rooms are very good for the price.

I'm in JGS 5-6 times/year and always stay in this hotel. The city doesn't have many 4+ start hotels, so this is one of the top two. Rooms are spacier and clean. Breakfast is great and staff is very friendly. Yet,is a bit aged and may need an facelift pretty soon.

Um dos hotéis mais tops de Jaraguá do Sul. Excelente café da manhã, quartos espaçosos, limpos, TV com tela ampla, smart, banheiro funcional, cafezinho nespresso delicioso, frigobar. Os funcionários foram bem receptivos, simpáticos e dedicados. Bem central, proximo à shoping farmácia e restaurantes. O hotel também possui um. Destaque para a limpeza e organização. Quartos e recepção renovados.

Terrible staff

Gostei, da equipe atenciosa e os serviços foram otimos. No café da manhã o funcionário nos atendeu com muita simpatia, uma pessoa muito agradável, foi prazeroso hospedar nesse hotel.
