Kudos to the great staff for accepting last moment birthday special request. We really enjoyed our stay at Ramada!! We hope to come back again for sure.

Eggs were burnt, plastic utensils couldn’t cut sausage nor spread frozen butter potatoes were cold. Staff were rude upon arrival.

Clean room. Walkable to restaurants. Breakfast good.

Hair in bathtub.

Minimal staff. Feeling run down and overall cleanliness was lacking.

Everything was good breakfast was a regular breakfast. But i asked to change roo.s because of an odor. Next room was better but still an odor, comming from ac i guessed

Dirt behind the beds, hair in the shower

darwin the staff is very accommodating and friendly. it made our stay extra special. 10 thumbs up for him

Bonus breakfast altho last morning they did nit replenish with half an hour to go closing pool and hot tub good

Went through 3 TV remotes and none worked properly. Shower head was broken. Tile floor was sticky and you could see the mop swirl marks.

Good cofee

There is a broken down car in front of the entrance, on blocks and no tires.

The person when we checked in, was not very friendly seemed annoyed that he got interrupted came across is not very happy. Person the next day when we were checking out smile happy friendly.

Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Good pillows. Basic cable only. Breakfast enough to get the day started, very basic. Overall a comfortable one night stay. Pool and hot tub very busy with kids and ski/snowboard folks.

Staff was good. Property is definitely dated. But good for a quick night stay

Stayed for four nights. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub both were open during our stay. However, it seemed as though the pool area was open for anyone as a key was left at the entrance to pool area which anyone could use regardless if they were staying at the hotel. The first two days of the stay we encountered a man who emptied his backpack contents all over the pool area. Trash, cigarette butts, mud; then proceeded to swim in his underwear and “accidentally” enter the women’s change area. General cleanliness of the pool area was ok at best. All other areas seemed to be well kept and cleaned, with housekeepers working hard while being very courteous. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, with the only downfall being the pool area regarding the transient traffic and upkeep.

Great for a quick stop over

Awesome property, great location, amenities were next level, full breakfast, great view, friendly staff and the best part is their massage chair in the lobby. Definitely worth the money.
