Overall Ratings & Reviews Holiday Inn Express & Suites PLAINVIEW by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Internet service stopped working and remained out for 5 days. They are handcuffed to AT&T, known for poor service in Plainview, yet the hotel is prevented from changing providers by their parent company. This is intolerable, and therefore disqualifies Holiday Inn Plainview from future use.

The worst place i have stayed in a long time. It cost me 200 for one night for one person due to inclement weather. The child upstairs from me jumped and ran around til 2 am screaming and yelling all night. Made reports to the office and they did nothing. Brwakfast was under cooked and disgusting.

It was difficult to get any sleep or quiet time due to a group of baseball players. The side door was locked and did not give us access to the outside. The staff did not offer any help on the matter.
