Within walking distance of the train station, it has a park at the back.

We had an overnight stay in a family room. Everything was great - clean room, quiet area, nice breakfast. Check in and out was very efficient. Highly recommended.

The property was very well maintained and the staff were very helpful. I would particularly like to thank Eric who worked night shift at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent.

Overall good price/value. A bit misleading that the restaurants are not in the hotel but a neighboring hotel, and so is the kids pool

The staff where friendly and efficient and the rooms clean and tidy.The food was great and reasonably priced. I would have given it 4 stars across the board but the pool was out of action for 2 of the days. I would stay again and recommend

It is a very dated hotel but we like the grounds to walk the dog and the easy parking whichis free. Breakfast is always good and they even have decaf coffee.

Good breakfast , very nice and helpful staff , quite area , free parking.

Overall, it was a good stay. The only bad point was that at 8am, the cleaning staff was already making noise and vacuum. Moreover, it’s like 35 degrees in summer: a fridge and AC would be nice :-)

Relaxing grounds. Room with balcony which is nice. Good inclusive breakfast. Free parking. Have to pay extra for a dog. Carpet in room which I personally dislike. Clean fresh linen. Exterior of building needs renovating as do some details in rooms but overall I like the hotel for its feeling of space. Would definitely use again if I can get a good deal.

Aircon didn't work in our room. Otherwise ok for overnight stop. breakfast good. easy parking

Staff ok but twenty minutes after we arrrived got in the shower the reception staff gave our room to someone else and they just walked in !!! Not good. Towels left for cleaning not replaced. No AC just a fan which we had to ask for. Good location. Breakfast good.

Could only really fault the lack of air con, which in sweltering temperatures did not make for a comfortable two-night stay. Staff sympathetic but unable to help. They didn't have enough fans but arranged one for us on second day. Fabulous room with clean and organised shower area (though cubicle a tad small). Nice pool. Overall the hotel is bright and fresh in appearance and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was decent with everything you could want 'continental', even figs. Tea and coffee facilities are one kettle in the foyer which is stocked until 10pm! Nothing in your room. Hold tight to your cuppa in the lift cos it's a jerky ride! Access to centre, lakeside and all attractions via No 1 bus which stops just outside so location was fine. It wasn't that long a walk from the station on the same road. Pay cash to the driver. I would recommend the beach or pool close to the centre for 6 euros with superb panorama. There is one at the southern end of the lake for 2.75 euros but it suffers from no changing facilities, a nasty pebbly beach that kills your feet and an interminable bus ride through some kind of university industrial campus (same No 1 bus). Plan to stay all day at the beach near town and get your money's worth. Both beaches are well supervised. Restaurants close to harbour side offered best food and value, we thought. Would have liked to stay longer in Aix and hire bikes to circle the lake. Some really nice looking topography in the area.

Good breakfast, clean room. Hotel a bit dated in need of refurb cracked tiles in bathroom and piece out if bath panel. Dog friendly. Pleasant stay.

We arrived for breakfast after a long drive the previous day and the food and coffee machine had run out. We waited some time but eventually walked into town to eat!

Séjour très agréable, l'hôtel est très bien tenu le personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses avec un petit balcon. Le parc est incroyablement beau et entretenu, et la piscine bien placée . Merci pour ce séjour nous reviendrons

Séjour simple hébergement

Chambre propre et confortable mais moquette au sol et surtout en guise de chevets des poufs en tissu donc impossible à nettoyer et désinfecter entre chaques clients... Certes ça fait cosy mais du point de vue hygiène c'est moyen.... En revanche la salle du petit déjeuner n'a rien de cosy. Personnel de réception accueillant

Séjour très agréable avec des chambres décorée avec goût. Un petit déjeuner excellent. Seul bémol pour le spa à l’hôtel Mercure à côté, eau trop froide, moment raccourci par cette problématique. Très belle piscine mais personne n’y va car l’eau n’est pas à une température agréable.

Perfect verblijf tijdens rit naar de bergen. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Propere, ruime kamers. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Gratis veilige parking op het domein voor de deur.

Nous somme habitué car nius avons déjà passé un séjour de 4 nuit pour le réveillon de 31 décembre 2023. Nous avons mêm fait le réveillon au restaurant le FLO qui est celui de l'hotel MERCURE mais la même chaine que l'hotel IBIS Styles. Pettit déjeuner commpris avec un buffet excelent avec tellement de choix, c'est super. Nous adorons Aix les Bains et depuis l'hotel nous allons chaque jour à pied au centre ville d'Aix les Bains qui n'est pas ytrop lojn à pied, environ 1,5km aller et 1,5km retour plus le tour de la ville soit environ 5km maximum au toaly par jour. En plus la marche c'est très très bon pour la santé.
