Clean room! Friendly staff! Nice location near mall

The hotel was clean, and the staff were so nice. There is a shopping plaza that you can walk to. Hooters and Outback are right next door. There is also a huge mall less than a mile away.

Would so much better with a pool.

Clean but monochromatic room. Lack of HOT water at sink but shower was fine as long as you expect to get your hair wet. Restaurant offers limited menu for dinner. Buffet breakfast was good but typical of mid-range hotels.

Room was clean the staff was great but we did not get a room with a balcony like it said we would have.

TVS in the rooms don’t work, shower also needs work because the pressure isn’t good. The shower needs to be de-calcified

The room was great and the staff was lovely. The only suggestion I would make is to review the new rain shower heads, they do not have the capacity to provide enough pressure. Other than that it was a fantastic stay!

Air conditioning too noisy had trouble sleeping the first night. They refunded and changed the air conditioning and it was still too noisy
