Room was not clean. I rented a two bedroom suite….one I of them had no TV!

Excellent location! Easy check in and check out with friendly staff. Room was very spacious and clean. They held our luggage for a couple hours after checkout which was convenient.

Great location the places wonderful there is a good space in the rooms. They’re very clean. The staff is very kind and professional very helpful. The restaurant is excellent. There is a lot of shopping around in communication with the Metro of Buenos Aires. Then you can travel whatever place you wanna travel very close to the main places to visit.

We appreciated having our room ready in the morning. We had to be off the cruise ship by 9am so figured we'd have to store our luggage at the hotel and go exploring. To our surprise and pleasure, our room was ready and waiting! Awesome! We would highly recommend NH City Buenos Aires.

The woman who checked us into the hotel could not have been more unfriendly. She was surly. We had exactly one towel in our room and did not receive any benefits from our status. When we left, there was a demonstration in the area and we could not locate transportation. We asked the bellhop for advice and he said he could not help us. Our uber driver told us how to get out of the impacted area. The bellhop was too busy talking to his friend. Overall terrible service except for the pool. The pool was not well kept. The deck was a liability with missing boards.

The hotel is clean, has a great location. However rooms need repairs, the junior suite were I stayed needed fixing in bathroom and curtains are old and ragged.

We booked a junior suite and were very disappointed to be given a family quad room. The room did not have the separate living room that we were expecting and was not suitable for our needs. The condition of the room was average and required maintenance.

Front desk Staff was rude and unkind. My daughter had a GI virus and was throwing up non stop. We asked for an early check in and were told none was available (even offered to pay). They promised us a “rush” on the room and that we would receive a phone call when the room was ready. This never happened. My daughter continued to vomit for hours and no one cared. When the time for check in came, we were again told the room was not ready. Simply unacceptable. Finally made it to the room which was acceptable but nothing special. The best part of the stay was the location and proximity to great food places. We will not be returning.
