Excellent hotel

Upscale Property finishes and decor, rooms, bedding and fixtures are modern clean and comfortable. Property is currently in the completed stages of plastering construction on the outside. Staff are is bilingual and professional. Fifteen minutes to Durango Airport check with staff unread to shuttle times.

It is close to the airport.

Overall good

Doors are really loud. So at anytime of the morning (3,4,5am) you might be woken up from the doors slamming. Other than that, its a nice place to stay.

We booked this hotel due to our flight airline cancelling our flight the day of. Thankfully this hotel made a very hectic day alot easier. They have a very good restaurant with plenty of options. Everything we ate was exceptional. And the best part was how comfortable the beds were. After such a long day, all we wanted to do was rest and these beds did the trick! The staff was so friendly and treated us well. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. And, if we are ever in Durango City again, we will be staying here!

I always stay in Holiday Inn Durango.. People are very polite and helpful. The place is nice and clean.

Hotel is under construction - a bit dirty in some areas. Restaurant was great!!! Staff was amazing.

It was an excellent experience, clean and quiet, you have restaurant options as well as coffee and the taxi drivers to the airport are so nice

The only complaint is breakfast too 45 minutes to come. Very frustrating.
