Everything was perfectly amazing with this place besides the fact when we went outside to smoke and we came back and the man at the front desk gave us a hard time saying we were gonna be charged a smoking fee because we smelled like smoke, even though we smoked outside and he clearly seen us come in and he stopped at the front desk to say that we never got charged a fee, but he was very rude and nasty

Wonderful stay! The staff was very kind and helpful, the restaurant was delicious and accommodations excellent.

Great time with the family

It was wonderful. We spent quite a bit of time in the hot tub which was amazing and very relaxing. Everything was great till the fire alarms went off at 7.30 this morning. Luckily it was a false alarm and everything was OK. The staff was awesome and very apologetic.

I reluctantly stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn as I had to book a hotel very early to ensure a hotel for my daughter’s Syracuse University graduation. The staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. They never even greeted us with a hello when we entered the hotel several times during our 3 day stay! There was an inadequate number of towels and when we requested more, we were told there wasn’t anyone available to bring towels! For $600.00 per night, I expect more from Hilton!

Property was in fairly good shape, nice pool and hot tub, on-site restaurant/bar. Only negative was the lack of a complimentary breakfast.

It was a great place.

So the bedsheets didnt fit my king sized bed. They kept coming off at the corners. They gave us new ones to put on the beds ourselves, however those didn't fit either! The internet went down & they sent the maintenance man to fix it! He had no clue how to fix the internet....that wasnt shocking to know that! The woman at the front desk talked to me like I was stupid....what a joke!

The hotel is clean & staff is friendly. The bed sheets don't fit the king sized bed. Its not emd all...will definitely be back again. Pool & hot tub are ok. Pool floor needs to he redone...but clean.

Clean and comfortable hotel a short drive from Syracuse airport. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Was given an occupied room and opened the door found guests sleeping. Potentially a dangerous situation since I could have ended up shot or injured. Very dangerous situation indeed

Great hotel in an industrial park

Not enough seating outside to enjoy outside N we did not get any knock on door to replace coffee or toilet paper had to ask n takef from janitor cart

We liked how it was close to the highway, Don’t go to ruby tuesdays nearby you will be disappointed. We also liked sitting on the benches at night by the pond on the hotel property. Pool and spa hours were 6am-10pm. The rooms and facilities were clean. Wish Expedia told us about no breakfast through a third party booking and the $50 refundable “incidental fee.” It was a short 15 minute ride to the JMA Dome. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely visit there again if we have to stay in the area again.
