I picked this place because it had a decent rating and a very low price. The people who work there are very kind. My bathroom floor was dirty and there was an odd smell in the room. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The desk was convenient. The room was dark; it could definitely use a few more lights. Breakfast is mediocre. It is somewhat close to Lackland. Lots of traffic in the area. I probably will stay somewhere else next time.

Third time there front desk staff wasn’t as pleasant as the times before. One of the main reasons continued patronage was hostility.

The staff is very rude

I stay 3 days never clean the room When I stay at 10 am the staff is requesting make cleaning

The hotel is pretty well upkept for its age Rooms are clean . Pleasant fairly priced.

Our room was nicely cleaned. The only thing there want’s enough bath towels. I’ll suggest for Breakfasts they should add more options. But everything else was great and customer service was excellent.

Went for a Lackland graduation it's close to Lackland with many food and shopping options.

Our stay was good. No issues. Loved the hot Breakfast.
