Most beautiful rooms and great views of the canals.

I was not able to iron my clothes there, that’s a change I would suggest because it made difference on my daily basis. Just a small portable iron would have done wonders. Otherwise a Brilliant hotel and service given.

This was a return visit as we really like the location of this hotel. The staff are always very welcoming and obliging and the room facilities are good.

This hotel was in a great location - close to many must see attractions in Venice. Our room was small but beautiful. Our stay included breakfast which was excellent.

Really lovely stay. Staff were great. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but the hotel itself is very sweet.

This is a gem of a property in Venice. The rooms are large by European standards and the AC is kicking! The staff is amazing and the breakfast was absolutely perfect. We will be back.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They moved us to a ground floor room since the elevator wasn’t working. They arranged for our water taxi.

Great, quiet location, unless your room is next to the canal, where you might hear boats passing by late at night. But honestly, that’s part of the Venice charm. The hotel used to be a convent, and it has a lot of character. Be prepared for some stairs, but there’s a handy back door for a quick shortcut. Overall, we loved our stay, one of the more affordable places we found. Plus, the breakfast was excellent!

We enjoyed the hotel and found it to be exactly as pictured and expected. The staff was kind. The breakfast was good, nothing over the top but something for everyone with a friendly waitstaff. The room was lovely. We were happy to come “home” after long days.

I would not stay again. Too many steep stairs and no lift is not ideal for elderly people.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however, our room, located on first floor, had a foul sewage odor. The breakfast was great. I would not stay here again simply because of the horrible odor.
