Everything about our stay was amazing! 10/10 would stay here again!

The lower level had a bad smell of sewage. The room was clean, but I didn’t like that the shower stall was in the room in full view of the other guest. The room was meant for a couple. I don’t feel comfortable showering in front of family/friends. The breakfast was very good and the view in the breakfast room was nice. The ac is ice cold, so cold I had to turn it down.

Location is within a few minutes of Ponte Vecchio bridge, duomos, food places and other attractions. Room was quite large and very clean, separate shower and toilet. The shower location was a bit strange as it was in front of the bed, with sliding glass door, and not suitable for a family. But everything else was excellent.

Proximity is brilliant and the room had a view of the duomo tower; also water is hot so you get good showers. Feels pretty safe and walkable

One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Friendly staff, very clean, super nice bed. We loved the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended.

The front desk employees were friendly. The breakfast was very good with many choices. You can order eggs fried, scrabbled or an omlet. The 2 people in charge of breakfast were super nice and attentive. The view from the 7th floor breakfast area was amazing.
