The TV seem to have a lot of difficulties by buffering a good portion of time. Yes, the weather did not help, but even when it was clear there were still problems. The road leading to the parking in the back needs a convex mirror. We almost got hit going around by a car coming out while we were heading to the back.The staff was fantastic the whole stay.

Great location, the staff was very kind and helpful, parking lot security was present, breakfast was great. My only concern was the misleading “free parking” advertisement. Hotels.com says customers enjoy the “free” parking. However, there is a $20 nightly fee for parking. Whether this policy has been changed or updated, it is misleading for someone who is not expecting to pay an additional $20/day for parking.

Check in was easy no problems and the room was fabulous. The only thing is that on the Travelocity site. It said that parking was included however it was not there was a $20 charge for parking.

Conveniently close to downtown but, NOT in downtown. Place is awesome except for pillows. Both my friend and I had trouble sleeping cause the pillows were uncomfy.

Not enough characters allowed to explain my horrible experience. Long story short Best Western locked my credit card with failed attempts to approve charges. I booked 2 rooms and called ahead so that they could approve the charges in 1 swipe. They approved the "incidentals" before I even flew in. When i got to the hotel they authorized the 1st room and before the 2nd swipe the staff member stated "it's probably gonna time out". On my end the charge showed pending but she said on her end it didn't go through. The next morning i called my financial institution and they told the staff member either she has to cancel the charge or wait until it is dismissed and reattempt the charge then. For the 1st two days of my 4 day stay i was treated like a tenant who is late with the rent money. This fiasco went on for 6 days. I was back home, monitoring my account, and keeping Best Western informed and their response was "ok we don't want to get the authorities involed" as if I was working a scheme. Fyi no one reserves 2 rooms months in advance, calls ahead to inform you of the 2 reservations being paid under 1 card by 1 person, just to show up and try to get over on you. The towel that i used was tattered and made my face and back break out in hives. Saving grace was i had a good time with my family at the events we attended. 2 things i learned.1 if you make a reservation through hotels.com go ahead and pay through them too. 2 j will not be staying at this Best Western ever again

This was a great property. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable and the room cooled quickly. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe at all times.
