Room is looking very tired. Bed was two singles pushed together and you rollinto the middle. Peeling wallpaper. No help with luggage from reception. Breakfast is excellent

Air conditioning was seasonally off but the very kind desk staff tried to override the system for us. Unfortunately our rooms system could not be turned on but the staff opened a small adjacent single room that had a/c. Leaving the door open between the two rooms helped a little. The hotel is in need of bathroom upgrades, but was kept clean. The breakfast buffet was good though the service in the room seemed somewhat chaotic. We had to ask twice for coffee with milk - when it arrived with no milk we asked 2 more times, eventually just using the cereal milk on the buffet. Items such as eggs were not being replenished so a few of our party had a true "continental breakfast". While these are only minor anoyances , the hotel does rate itself as, and charge for 4 star amenities. I'm sure it was just a few bad coincidences, and once again, the front desk team were fantastic.

The staff at this hotel were truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the building itself is extremely old and goddy and in desperate need of renovation. The facilities felt run-down and shabby, which took away from the overall experience. If the hotel ever updates its infrastructure, invest in working AC it could be a fantastic place to stay, thanks to the amazing personnel. Alberto was by far the most professional hotel receptionist I’ve ever encountered. He went above and beyond to help guests and truly deserves double the recognition (and pay!) for all his hard work trying to satisfy frustrated customers. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in desperate need of improvement. There was no air conditioning until June 1st, the shower handle kept falling off, the tea kettle lid was broken, and the entire room was smelly and I felt like stepping back 100 years into a very old establishment. While the staff, especially Alberto, do their best, the building and amenities really let the experience down.

Really nice hotel staff, but rooms could have been better kept. Linens were clean but there were ants all over the room. The shower doors did not fully close and the water flooded right out creating a pool in the bathroom.

All of the staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. The position of the hotel allows for easy access to all the shops and sites that Milan has to offer.

Very personable and attentive service - and a delicious Italian breakfast with lots of choice in a hotel of old charm. A hotel you remember.

This is a 2 star hotel not a 4 star as what they claim. Aminities are OLD. I won’t recommend this hotel waay too expensive for what you get. Shower door fell on me, I had to hold it while taking a shower. Shame on the mgt claiming it’s a 4 star hotel. Room was too small. Needs serious upgrade!!! Also, it’s a 30 min walk to Duomo, not 15 min according to their website. Don’t get fooled. I’ve never felt disgusted and angry for the price I paid. Shame shame shame!!! ***1/10*** the only good thing was the breakfast buffet, that’s all.

Do not stay here! I booked this on a last minute trip to Milano due to the location close to duomo. The property is rated 4 stars but it is a 2 star hotel by the looks. The rooms are not clean and the walls are paper thin. My neighbor was yelling at me through the door for being on a call with my daughter. I cannot even watch a video in my phone without a neighbor yelling they can hear me. I did not enjoy this stay at all. The staff is not helpful and the rooms are very cramped. Take your money somewhere else!!!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The interior was beautiful- like a film set. The room was a bit small but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. One minor niggle - no English language TV stations. Otherwise, excellent.

This was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Surprised that Expedia lists them.. the price is outrageous for the size of the room and the terrible condition of the bathroom which was mouldy, in disrepair and you could not properly shower without getting water everywhere. The hairdryer is useless and outdated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as well and the rooms were way too small. Terrible value for the price we paid.

Did not enjoy the stay. Rooms were not clean, especially the bathroom. Mould and damp found in there. Rooms were very hot. A/c not effective. Fridge not cold. Staff not helpful. Glad to leave.

Disappointing. Rooms very small, very hot and in need of decoration. Stayed 3 nights. Had to move on 2nd day as room not made up. Bathrooms dirty. Had a dirty towel in room on arrival. Light hanging off the wall, not working, in 2nd room. Staff not that helpful. Safe not working.
