Very well managed hotel from top to bottom.Room.was very clean and fresh. Location excellent. Best breakfast, with good healthy tasty selection.

Hotel Moderno exceeded our expectations. Our room had a stunning view of Puerta del Sol, just as advertised. Despite being in the heart of Madrid, the room was remarkably quiet. Major attractions and shopping districts were within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to those who love the vibrant energy of the city.

Wonderful stay! Location is perfect , easy walk to all centro Madrid most beautiful places, great room and a nice terrace with great views. Nice staff, very helpful. Overall fantastic

Great location…shops and restaurants everywhere. Amenities were great. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Walking distance to most attractions. We will stay again if we ever come back to Madrid

The hotel was located in a great central area with shops and station all nearby. The room was very comfortable and suited to our needs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room had a very large private terrace, and although not much of a view, would be very good to use in warmer months (we stayed in early march). The only thing was we could never quite get warm air through the heater despite setting the temperature required. There were warm radiators, but did find the room a little cold. This was nothing really to complain about and the hotel otherwise very pleasant to stay at.

This hotel is walking distance to everything

This is my favorite hotel, I have stayed here numerous times. The location service is fantastic. You can walk easily to any attraction. I wil continue to stay here every time I come to Madrid

Staff is very helpful and nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Loved having a patio to go outside and watch the people in the plaza del sol. The location is perfect for tourists or people who want to be in the heart of action.

Positive: Room was clean and the front desk staff were super helpful. Negative comments: The room was really quite small for two people. Also the view from the window was atrocious - a rubbish tip! Outside clean up is required.

A fantastic hotel in the middle of everything! Very quiet at night and the buffet breakfast is awesome! All staff members were so polite and always smiling!
