Pretty nice place, right on the beach, breakfast was good. Overall great experience.

Very nice

When confronted with a situation regarding my stay I was hung up on by the receptionist and when the receptionist at Expedia attempted to rectify the situation she was also hung up on. Very rude and unprofessional .

There were holes in the walls and areas that needed to be patched in the rooms.

We had a great beach view from the room. There is a nice path directly to the beach from the pool area. The restaurant/bar was great. The staff were very polite and had great attitude.

Room was dirty, floors wet

My breakfast experience was extraordinary! The server was terrific anf the food was freshly made to order. Well worth the $10 upcharge I paid for my wife and I. The beach was terrific and I appreciated the overall service experience.

Condition of room was fair to poor, had to kill a cockroach in bathroom. lots of dirt and or mold around moldings. Patio door was very difficult to open as well as the shower door. Bedspread has brown stain on it...and there was something stuck to the back of the TV remote!

Room wasnt ready when checking in at 4pm. Room wasnt ready until 4:35pm but other than that excellent.

Was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of our room. The walls all looked like they could use new paint or a good washing. The house keepers only came to service our room 2 days out of the 5 we were there, and all they did was replace the towels and took some of the trash. I have never been a house keeper, so I dont know what usually is part of servicing the room, but most hotels I have stayed in made the beds, swept, and wiped down the counters. However, all the Interactions with the staff was good overall.

We hadn't checked out yet it was around 9:30 am we went to the store. Some of our luggage was still in the room. Housekeeping went in our room threw out our food we had packed up to take home and started cleaning as if we had checked out. The front desk associate even the manager said threw would give us some kind of refund they have done nothing and it has been a couple of months. They could have at the very least replaced our food!! They just lied to our face!! I will never go back there!!

Beautiful beach front room.

Overall, the hotel is nice. The bar and restaurant serve good food.. The lobby and hotel amenities are kept up well. My only complaint was housekeeping. Our room was barely cleaned during our one week stay. They would loudly arrive in the hallways at 8 AM every morning to clean rooms,and if we were not out, they would rarely return. One night when we asked for towels there were no towels available in the hotel. There was an occasion our toilet wouldn’t flush and the sink was leaking and when we went downstairs to report this they handed my husband a plunger.

Hotel location was great. Beautiful views. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is nice and remodeled and staff was always cleaning. Food at the cafe was great (and convenient) Pleasantly surprised. Everything we ate there, was good. My only complaint is that the bathroom tile floor in my room was stained permanently and it made it look and feel dirty. Also, there should be more supervision as to beach people accessing hotel pool. I saw a lot of that during my Fourth of July stay. PS don’t miss out on catching a sunrise. Wow!

We had an issue with the dates we were going and when we contacted Hotels. com they said that they would have to contact the property for approval and we would hear something back within 24 -48 hours. Nobody from Hotels contacted us back and our booking never changed so we went to keep from losing 650.00. When we arrived at the hotel they could not find our reservation and then realized it was changed to the dates in August. We were very upset and worried that now they would not be accommodate us because of the holiday weekend.. Again, Nobody notified concerning the changes. Since it was still in Hotels.com as July3-5 management was very nice and made the accommodation for us to enjoy our stay! The manager and staff were very nice and welcoming and we will definitely recommend this hotel and stay there in the future .

The staff was professional, property was clean, and location was perfect. We enjoyed our vacation, definitely plan on returning.

Very comfortable and clean room. Expected daily housekeeping, but just got new towels and trash removal. However, it was a holiday weekend and hotel was sold out. Only complaint, and it's minor, is the soap dispenser near the sink in the bathroom. It is flimsy, awkward, and can easily "sploof" the soap on items below the dispenser.

It was great , Carolyn & Laurie was the best front desk associates & Sam in the restaurant was one of the best waitresses . Thanks we will return here again
