The man at the check in desk was rude and made myself and the next guest very unwelcome as we tried to check in. They were over booked and he made it our problem not something he would do his best to fix. When we were given a room after 45 minutes it didn’t have pillows or blankets on the two beds. (Thankfully we each brought a pillow from home ). The tv didn’t have a remote, one towel set for two people and no trash can to throw anything out like a tissue away. The older assistant at the desk did try to find items for us and did locate two pillows for our nights sleep. This could be a nice hotel but they we’re overwhelmed with the booking from on line which made them very unprepared.

Motel rooms were not clean and beds were hard. Staff wasn’t good in solving an over payment issue. I’d only stay there if no other Motel was available. The motel refused to honor an overpayment.

Placed in an extremely sketchy spot, hardly anything near by but room was paid for a they say dont judge a book by its cover... Checking in the man came to the night window with his pants undone, so odd and terrible first impression. Check-in was fast and easy. Room was not what I picked and paid for, was also very out dated. Did have a nice vanity hall space thing right before the bathroom that was pretty nice. Beds were so hard, tiles were coming up and if you didnt wear shoes you would eventually cut yourself from walking barefoot. And no doubt floors were filthy! The balcony didn't have any way to access which was disapointiy. No pool and the wifi was decent at most. They do not have breakfast like they advertised to have. They do have a washer and dryer available for guests that is not very clean but at least they have that option. I have way more to add on my experience with this hotel and will share it after its finished going threw the legal system. Until then I do not recommend this place for anyone, like they say you get what you pay for. Should you decide to book this place, beware of the male owner and dont leave anything of high value in your room. Good luck!

There was a bug in the room. There was no plug in the bathroom to take a bath plus black hair in the sink and tub. The bed only had sheets and a thin blanket and the cable was just awful

The floor was peeling there was no access to the patio the room was hot and muggy when I first got there the bed was hard as a rock like the most uncomfortable bed ever and was old and there was trash under the sink. I could barely sleep because of people running up and down the stairs all night

Driving up to the inn, my thoughts were "this is not what the pictures looked like" at least the bates motel looked more inviting. We stayed in the family room, and the room seemed to be clean. We did an inspection for pests and a wipe down of all surfaces and didn't find anything out of sorts of those two. Safety and security had noticeable issues. We were instructed to park in the back by the room, there was no permanent lighting that was on. The lighting was motion sensor only, which made me do random car checks. The door had 3 locks because the actual door latch did not work. The bathroom looked like it had been kicked in at one point and was painted over, the toilet didn't flush well and clogged. The ladder on the bunk bed isn't secured to the bed frame and poses a fall risk to anyone climbing down. Overall, this "family" room was not as safe as it should have been for a family. There was also no "continental" breakfast in the office as described in the booking.

breakfast could have had juice and more selection of fruit. The room was nicely redone except didnt have a table and chairs or a desk which is kind of impossible to use your computer on your lap. There were two chairs for night stands and there was a nice shower but when renovating did not put the right spout on with the diverter to use the shower, weird.

The customer service was horrible. The front desk intially denied me the room because according to the Staff my 11 and 13 year old were not children, they were counted as children if 9 or below. I explained I entered thier ages. Then he accused me of having another adult after I already informed him it l was being dropped off. After a 30 min call to hotels.com in attempt to relocate to another hotel the front desk agreed rent us the room. 45 min during check in the staff told me to go back at 3:00pm for check in. It was 2:15p, I explained the information online states check in at 2:00p he argued it doesn't. I explained once again it does he then says "show me! Show me" rushing me as the page loaded I asked him to be patient while the app loaded. I showed him the information. He handed me a key to a room. Upon entry the room was neat but strong odor of urine and smoke was overwhelming. Never again!!!

Reserved a smoking room. Got into the room to find that the shower did not work at all. Immediately went back to the front desk and was told they had no other smoking rooms available. Would not give me a refund even though I was back to the front desk within 10 minutes of checking in. Told me I needed to call hotels.com for the refund. When I called hotels.com I was told the hotel needs to refund me. Long story short I never got a refund. I never stayed in this terrible dirty hotel. The terrible dirty hotel owner stole my money. Avoid at all costs.

Worst ever. Tub was covered in grime. No cups but a coffee maker. Paid for with Hotels.com but owner charges us again and now won’t cooperate for a refund. Wanted 2 rooms but paid for four. Wifi did not work. TV reception terrible. Just because people don’t want to spend money does not mean we should sleep in filth. Horrible management.
