Great stop for a trip

Good hotel, some card issues, not friendly for a large dude like me and concern with personnel identifiable information privacy during check in. During check in the clerk photo copied my driver license to the paperwork. Why is beyond me. However if there is a breach of my personal info that traces back to super 8 there will be a lawsuit. All that is need is to view my id and get a CC for incidentals. The room was alright but needed a desk for night work without the desk no feedback o the internet. The Microwave barely worked and had burn marks inside. The refrigerator was a freezer and froze my soda and water. The AC did work and kept the room cool. The bathroom sink did not drain so only a minute to wash up then wait 15 minutes to drain. The toilet is small and for females and the shower head really low at chest level for the standard american. Also for the first several days my key card would not work. Interesting thing was if the staff was american resolved quickly if it was a foreigner it was a hassle with needing to show id and proof of stay. Overall the hotel is in good shape and moderately clean. The hotel is next to the interstate so high traffic noise. The area seemed safe. breakfast was hot and consistent eggs and sausage. also had a waffle maker. some staff nice other staff not so much. Overall a good stay but with the oriental sized bathrooms, unnecessary collection of Personal information, lack of a desk and functional microwave i pick someplace else.

Hotel was fine. It was clean and staff was friendly. We were happy to be told breakfast would consist of eggs, sausage and waffles. Next morning about 7:30 we were disappointed to be told they were out of eggs and there was no sausage. There was still bagels, toast, waffles and cereal. We stayed here two years ago and there was a similar problem with lack of food. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Did not stay! Got to the hotel was charged for the room then was given my key snd told my someone else oh you should have been called that room was given to someone else we were over booked and you were refunded.

Great price very nice breakfast

The top blanket was visibly dirty. 😝 Gross! I checked the other blanket and sheets. It was fresh and clean. Everything else was clean and the bed was super soft. Overall for the money it was a good nights sleep. Just look over your room before getting to comfortable.

Many breakfast items needed refilled 45 minutes into the window for eating. The worker checked but seemed too put out to refill. People were not overeating. She was also outside on her phone when we waited to check out. The evening worker seemed alone and overwhelmed with laundry. When told one of the lamps didn’t work she gave me a light bulb. We figured it out but ???

It is easy to get too. Staff was great and the free breakfast had good choices

The clerk gave an occupied room out first. Opened the door and there was customer stuff all over the room. Closed the door right away. Lucky to not have been greeted by an angry person. Toilet valve ran on. Lid was on the floor.

I booked this hotel after looking at the reviews and pictures. It was a great deal. Walked in and there were holes in the bottom of the walls in the lobby that looked as if mice chewed through the walls. The room was just nasty, stains on the walls of something splattered, bathroom was dirty. The beds had dead bugs on the back of it. Room had barely any lighting. They said they didn't even have a clean room for us to stay in but happened to find one (I don't think it was a clean room). staff tried very hard but didn't seem like they knew what they were doing, she was pleasant. We actually ended up leaving the hotel and not staying because of the state of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is an older building, but it is clean, quiet, and safe.

There is no late check-out (

DIRTY!!! Had to switch rooms more than once because everything was filthy. A/C didn’t work, window didn’t have a screen. Ended out sleeping in the car in the parking lot. Towels dirty, bedding dirty, everything filthy. Went back in to check out breakfast, also disgusting. Just left, complete waste of money.

Sink did not drain, was a quarter full with dirty water. TV and main light were plugged into a bad outlet, I had to rearange the wiring to turn on the TV.

Everything was okay 😁👍
