Had roaches & smelt like mold

It’s what you’d expect from a Super 8! It was in a fairly nice neighborhood. It was very convenient that we were able to book a room with three queen beds as a family of 5. Only complaint was the carpet was kind dirty.

When I ask for second floor room I got attitude about it. The room had roaches and bugs. Was treated by these people like some kind trash. I asked about extending, 80$ one night then the second night would 120$. So I left after complaining about the room and then telling 2 prices for two different days. Don't stay there! The people that run it are ridiculous.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby and the rooms are clean.

Came down for daughter’s softball tournament. Stay was comfortable

No elevator at all, and washing machines were dirty and didn't work.

I really didn't like anything but the price, so I got what I paid for... It said breakfast but only have sliced bread, jelly, waffle, OJ stale cereal with milk that tasted nothing like milk and thermos with milk was dirty. I said unsafe because you're supposed to get in on the back side of the building with a card but it's never locked the door has tape so that it never closes I was alone and near them doors so I felt very unsafe and barely slept with people walking back and forth stomping on the floor.... 😡 I called the front desk they tell me nobody is in the room above me but they will check once they hang up 1 minute later the nose stops 😡

No elevator was a biggie , morning breakfast was horrible, room smelled really bad .

We stayed the.night before we cruised out of Galveston. It was a short distance distance from the cruise port, an worked out well for us...

Our room had cockroaches! Turn light on in bathroom and cockroaches everywhere!

Easy parking

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. BREAKFAST WAS POOR. NOT WELL PRESENTED AND VERY FEW CHOICES. PRICE WAS GOOD.

It was a great stay just wish there would have been an elevator instead of stairs.

Stayed a week. Housekeeping stayed on top of room care, and very polite. No problems or issues with anything.
