The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. My only complaint is I really wish hotels would invest in some larger bath towels. It seems that the towels we used weren’t much bigger than what ai use as a hand towel at home!

Clean rooms

Room clean. Amenities there as expected. Staff seemed inexperienced but cheerful and doing their best. Breakfast maybe not high quality but plentiful and some decent variety, including fruit, eggs, sausages, toast etc,

The tool is always clean, the staff are always so great. The beds could use an update to something a little nicer and the shower pressure needs a tune. Otherwise our preferred stay in kenora at least twice a year!

Lack of communication from the front desk staff.

The room was a good size. The bathroom, even though a bit outdated was also well maintained. The front desk staff was excellent. Friendly and accommodating.

Overall a good hotel - no elevator was a small inconvenience with multiple bags - rooms were fine and clean - overall a tad pricey for season and location.

It’s a great place to have a clean rest, with lovely helpful staff. Many small touches around the hotel make it cozy. There was water infused with fresh fruit! What a nice way to greet weary travelers.

Just a one night stay on the road ... I like that they had soup and some other snacks when I arrived ... breakfast was good also
