Reasonable price Quiet room Clean

Door did not latch without assistance. Shower rod falling down. Toilet dirty on arrival.breakfast frequently out of ‘hot’ items, and lukewarm sausage gravy

The shower curtain smelled of mold. The carpets were very stained all over the place. The staff was very nice but I will not stay there again. They do not seem to cleaning / maintaining the property. It is just slowly getting very run down.

At some point carpet needs to replaced and customers need to use quiet voice after 10pm.

The hospitality and guest services were fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, and provided a nice breakfast spread.

Bathroom was disgusting. The outside front of the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Toilet was dirty. The floor, especially near the tub, was very grimy - nastiness in the corners. The carpet in the room had random wet spots. One good thing, the a/c worked great.

Rooms were overall comfortable and mostly clean. Top bedspread had some questionable brown stains and the toilet bowl inside had mildew that could use a good scrub. There also is no elevator which was kind of a pain since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of stuff to haul.

Disgusting. We were in a suite so it was mediocre but there were people smoking cigarettes in their rooms right next to us. The whole hallway constantly reeked like smoke. We would complain and just be told it was “from their clothes.” No reason for it in a non smoking hotel, especially in summer when there is a door 10 feet away to be used for smoking outdoors. Then it smelled like pot outside and when my kids were swimming we could see grown men through the window clear as day smoking joints outside. On the last night I was woken up to adults outside my room laughing at 3 am about how the cops kicked them out of the bars. After 10 minutes I tried to call the desk to address this but there’s no number to call them anywhere in the room or online! It was just me (a 36 year old female) and my 2 year old daughter in the room so I didn’t feel comfortable confronting intoxicated adults bragging about being escorted out by cops. How can you not have a way to reach the desk? What if my safety was at stake?? NEVER again will stay at a quality inn and we stay at hotels every weekend for family softball tournaments. Horrible service. Care more about catering to their cigarette and pot-smoking drunk obnoxious guests than families who follow the rules and just dont want to smell like an ashtray every time they leave their room.

The place was friendly but the sink was clogged toilet had black mold

Staff was friendly and helpful, Breakfast was very good Older facility that needs a bit of maintenance . Bathroom Sink drained very slowly. Dresser drawers were damaged.

Convenient for a one night stay, early meeting next morning nearby. Main lobby is very poor, small and deorganized, but rooms are surprisingly nice and comfortable. Checking inn was easy, no big of a deal when asking for a phone number (international phone numbers do go along with local hotel computer systems)

Our room was nice and had lots of space. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in our room was noisy when it ran and the breakfast was tasty, but cold.

For the price, not bad. Poole was out of service. Only the hot tub worked. Seem to be a bit rundown.

Checked in late following a late meeting. The room was clean and the bed supper comfortable. Sleep later than I planned because of the comfort.
