Cleaning, the property was spotless.

Good I wish they had firm mattresses

This property is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and the pool/hot tub area is the best I've been to around this area. Not a lot of dining options but the gift shop has some small bites made by an amazing lady from Venezuela. Go visit her if you stop by and get some delicious food and drinks as well as small souvenirs. Highly recommended.

Great welcome, aware that we had multiple bookings, and put family rooms together on the same floor

My husband and I stayed at Vacation Village for 4 nights during a recent visit to Weston. The property is in an excellent location for shopping and eating out, and offered lots of included parking. Our suite was quiet and offered comfortable amenities during our stay. However, it is very evident that our unit had been unoccupied for some time before our visit. On entering we were treated to a very strong stale, musty odor and were compelled to open every available window and door to air the space. Within a few minutes of calling the front desk a type of maintenance guy came by...the response time was great, but he spoke very little English and needed a translation app to communicate. After some effort to help him understand, he figured out the situation and doused the entire suite with a very strong sweet air freshner, which improved the musty smell, but drove us from the space for several hours. Finally, the carpet in the bedroom either needs a thorough shampooing or complete replacement. The bottoms of our house slippers were black after our stay. Plus the old wooden bedroom furniture needs airing or treatment ...opening any of the drawers released a strong unpleasant odor. Overall, the property presents well but needs some serious maintenance.

You get what you pay for. The facilities are a reminder of the mid 90s and the kitchens don’t have all the stuff you need (no kettles).

Awesome stay!

It was like our own little apartment.

I got this beautiful apartment resort lodging for my cousins visiting from Tampa & Orlando. It's an amazing resort with a scenic pool area with waterfall & comfort BBQ area for outdoor family gatherings. Their children's pool area is right outside the BBQ area. The location is very convenient to us. I am a timeshare own in this family of timeshares and Expedia is a better value for this property.

Very clean, perfect for a quick getaway or extended stay. Would be a great option for a family traveling with older kids.

My a/c did not work. The was clean and spacious. However my room was stuffy, and hot. The a/c never changed from the temperature of 75 My check in was at 4p.m. i went to dinner and at 11 the room was still hot. I should have been offered a extra day or something according. Its a shame because the property is beautiful. However, because of that incident im not recommending this resort.

Building and room we stayed in was dated. The grounds are beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay

Property was clean and well kept. I think the maids should knock before entering rooms. I was walked in on by maid who did not announce herself at all. She was checking rooms without even introducing herself.

Very attentive, kind staff.
