comfortable, clean, and very convenient location. staff were a bit chilly and could have been friendlier and more proactive. but fundamentally a fine hotel.

Excellent all around

Excellent location! The location is excellent! We coild see La Concha bay from our balcony. Our room was small but very clean. The staff are very nice. We would stay here again.

Excellent location! Super easy walk to so many useful places like La Concha, the old town, train station, etc.

The hotel has a nice clean entrance/lobby. Breakfast was lovely. However room had a damp smell and was very small and the bedsheets while probably were'nt damp, because the whole room smelt damp it felt as if they were

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The area is near the beach, and pretty quiet. The hotel was clean, centre area is a 10 minutes walk.

On arrival a very warm welcome from Daniel on reception. Water and sweets on arrival which was nice. Our room looked lovely on arrival, with a little juliette balcony onto the road. The bed, for some reason, was on wheels which meant as soon as you moved on the bed the bed moved! We resolved this by putting the hand towels underneath the wheels to stop them moving. Unfortunately at night there was a lot of noise which kept us awake. We could hear conversatiins of the couple above us until at least 3.30 AM! the furniture was bei g moved around which we heard all the time. At 5 am both mornings we were woken by two men walking down the road shouting very loudly in what seemed an effort to wake as many people up as possible. All in all a lovely hotel in appearance but we had very little sleep.

A truly marvelous superbly located hotel in a magical city mil gracias

Finding the hotel was difficult. GPS takes you somewhere different, hotel knew this so better instructions would have been appreciated. Not much for what they have for the gym. Room was very small, bathroom door almost touches the bed. Overall hotel was clean and a short 7 min walk to the beach and close to shopping so an excellent location.

Had a great 4 days here. Close to the beach and bars.

Excellent staff

We arrived 14:15 and the room was not ready. We were in beach clothing and looking for a bath, but we had to go have lunch because the room was not going to be ready before 16:00 hs. Staff was polite but even so is anoying

A wonderful location within walking distance to the beach and old town. Delicious breakfast. San Sebastián has lots to offe.

Hotel covered in scaffolding and noisy workers. Unable to open curtains or windows

The property was a short walk to the beach where there is a wide walkway which will take you into the old part if the city in minutes. Staff were very helpful in assisting with our few words in Spanish. There is a lift to the rooms (always appreciated). Car parking is off site but only a couple of minutes walk away. It is operated as separate business so there is an extra charge. I would happily stay here again.
